Na een week wachten kreeg ik alleen een reactie waarin stond dat ze het appartement niet konden verkopen omdat ze beseften dat ze het niet vóór 2026 konden verkopen. Ze boden me een compensatie aan in de vorm van een eerdere bezichtiging van een ander appartement. Ook die bezichtiging werd echter door hen geannuleerd en ze stelden een willekeurige nieuwe datum voor. Veel succes aan iedereen die via dit bedrijf iets probeert te kopen.

Very disappointing experience. I was called by the real estate agent with the enthusiasm that I could view the house and then received multiple emails as a reminder to arrive on time. However, when I was there, nobody was present. Later I heard that the house had already been sold before the appointment. This was supposedly passed on via voicemail, but I never received it. Very messy communication and disappointing that I didn't even get the chance to make an offer.

After Ivo successfully sold my father's house in 2018 (after another realtor gave up. Ivo handled the purchase of our house in 2019, he was fantastic!! Clear communication, keeps appointments and especially helped us to feel reassured in the overheated housing market. In 2022 we chose a different realtor for the sale of our house (because he sold many properties nearby). But that was the biggest mistake ever. The house was listed with this realtor for a year and then we went back to Ivo. Within a month, the house was well sold! Ivo kept us informed, called directly after the viewings and took plenty of time for us. It's only because we moved to the other side of the country that we would never want another realtor than Ivo, praise!!!

Several years ago, we engaged Kettner (Ivo) as a buyer's agent. He was professional and acted with expertise. Ivo helped us place appropriate bids and prevent us from sometimes going in “blind” because of rose-colored glasses. Ultimately, we bought our home without the help of the buyer's agent. Termination of the agreement (against cancellation costs) was not a problem at all and could count on understanding, despite the fact that Ivo had already been out with us several times. When a contractual dispute arose regarding the fact that the seller did not meet his requirements, my agent advised me to my great surprise to simply 'trust the seller and sign'. He completely failed and I was forced to, in addition to the fees I paid him, hire a separate lawyer – to guarantee my own safety. This lack of representation and the bad advice have completely damaged my trust. The service was not worth the money. I gave feedback, but they offered no other solution than to say: 'I'm sorry that you feel this way.' Avoid this if you need real support.
