Wij kozen voor woonaccent omdat de zichtbaarheid op de socials groot is en er denken wij, een groot publiek wordt aangesproken. Verder is het contact heel fijn verlopen. Heel laagdrempelig en duidelijk in alle uitleg. We konden alles vragen en er was altijd tijd voor ons. Onze woning is goed verkocht en we zijn enorm blij met ons nieuwe plekkie. Einddatum bod uitbrengen Tijdens de bezichtiging is ons door Luc verteld dat er een einddatum is betreft het uitbrengen van een bod en dat na die eind datum alle uitgebrachte biedingen aan mercatus overgedragen zouden worden, waarna Mercatus een keuze zal maken welk bod ze accepteren. Ik heb voor de zekerheid nog even naar kantoor gebeld om de einddatum te checken en deze bleek correct. Omdat we zeer enthousiast waren zijn we aan de slag gegaan met het uitzoeken van onze mogelijkheden. We hebben voor de einddatum een bod uitgebracht waarna ik de volgende dag werd gebeld dat het huis al verkocht is, het is dus voor de einddatum verkocht. Er werd doodleuk gezegd wie het eerst komt wie het eerst maalt.. Ondanks dat wij het huis met ons bod waarschijnlijk niet zouden krijgen voelt het oneerlijk en is het zonde van al onze tijd en energie die wij in de voorbereiding hebben hebben gestoken om tot een bod te komen! Verder is alles wel goed verlopen ed maar dit is gewoon balen.
