Calling is the option they offer so that a lot can be said to deny it afterwards, which we will not go along with after the messages I received and read in reviews about this broker. Email is the solution... then it's black on white from both sides what the agreements are. SOLVED?? Let me know!!!

However, the land is already in private hands (source; municipality of Emmeloord). The real estate agent remains vague with promises, shifts blame elsewhere, and keeps people on hold.

30 Aug 2018A lot of nonsense about the house's price development, didn't come across as interested. A few days after the second viewing an offer was made, neatly called the real estate agent and got the message that it was being processed. Called back a little later and the house turned out to have been sold suddenly; they should have told me that right away when I called, also they knew we were interested and our details were known. We expect sales tricks but this is really quite low, not really fair and unreliable with underhanded tactics. During the first viewing, the real estate agent didn't really seem to want to sell the house; the second time it was a little better but that was probably because he saw potential money. All in all, I can’t recommend them.

And in the higher segment there would have been more visits than you were at the bottom end. The realtor didn't find my price realistic and I went along with it because he should be the expert. After an initial shock offer where you would have had a stroke so quickly bad. Adjusted the strategy more towards how I wanted it and still got somewhat more. I am personally of the opinion of men…

Date unknownDidn't tell everything that needed to be told during the house viewing. And if you ask for documents, you receive them much too late. Building report arranged and paid for in vain. And then the seller tells you that a meter of the front garden belongs to the municipality, later it turns out that half of the garden is well over 3 meters from the municipality. 339 euros taken from our noses, due to careless work by the real estate agent. The photos were beautiful and I had enough in speech. Pleasant contact with the realtor and good guidance. After each visit, Hein would give a short report.
