This realtor respects no agreement whatsoever. Do not trust them if they accept your offer and the purchase process is already underway, where you pay for inspections, etc. It was agreed that the property would be taken off the market, but they were still waiting for a better offer.

Absolutely appalling behavior. DBH Makelaardij handled the sales side of a property we wanted to buy. After we placed a bid with the condition that the house would be taken off the market and it was accepted, they postponed signing the contract and still collected bids, which led to an overbid. We decided to withdraw from the accepted bid and place another bid. Perhaps they used our bid to inflate the offers, I can't say for sure, but in retrospect it seems like a strange coincidence that the contract discussion took place after the bidding deadline. AND THIS WAS DONE AFTER WE HAD SCHEDULED AND PERFORMED A TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY FOR WHICH WE PAID. We didn’t even get the opportunity to match the new bid; we only heard that they withdrew and agreed with the other bid. This may all be legal and fall within the rights of the seller, but it is still in bad faith and misleading. Very unprofessional, almost unethical. -1/10. I would strongly ADVISE AGAINST using their services for buying and/or selling.
