A real estate agent to recommend. From the valuation of our current home, through to the sale, we were well supported. Do not do business with them... Roozeboom was recently hired as the selling agent in the sale of a house. They were informed from the beginning about a dangerous situation around that house, but they completely dismissed it. Subsequently, they knowingly misled the buyer about that situation. After the buyer complained about this (after the purchase), the response was 'you have a duty to investigate'. Because everything about this is in writing, Roozeboom has made herself and especially her client (the seller) legally vulnerable.
