Broker Dennis Eelman sold us a recreational property. We have nothing but praise for the property itself, but we are not really satisfied with the handling and communication of the office. We had to call repeatedly to get things done, and when the deal was closed, the broker was unavailable or barely reachable.

Wederom zeer tevreden ! Fijne makelaar, professioneel, heldere communicatie en vriendelijk geholpen gedurende het hele proces. Verkoop van onze woning snel en soepel verlopen.

De verwachting over het tijdsbestek van de verkoop waren positiever dan de werkelijkheid. Het voorstel van 2 dagdelen van 5 bezichtigingen werd niet gehaald, over de twee dagdelen waren slechts 4 kijkers zonder biedingen. De bodemprijs vonden wij te laag maar werd niet verhoogd, het eerste en enigste bod Was dan ook een tegenvaller met weinig ruimte voor een hoger bod. Wij zijn dan, mede omdat wij weinig keuze hadden akkoord gegaan met een bod van €5000,00 boven de bodemprijs, h…

Voor ons als "oudere" valt de digitale wereld waarin we nu zitten niet altijd mee, zeker niet als je je huis wil verkopen. Maar even langs het kantoor gaan of een belletje en de vraag hoe, wat of waar naar één van de medewerkers en we werden altijd vriendelijk geholpen. Al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden!

We hebben ook een woning aangekocht via Warnars. Zelfde verhaal! Vriendelijk, open, duidelijk en als je het even niet begrijpt nemen ze de tijd voor je. Dat vond ik erg fijn! Wat voor hun dagelijkse koek is. Is voor sommigen de eerste keer en zoeken.
