De samenwerking met NRW Beheer gaat vanaf het eerste contactmoment zeer goed. Het is een professioneel en duidelijke organisatie met hele vriendelijke medewerkers. Alles wordt snel en efficiënt opgepakt en geregeld, hierdoor word je direct ont zorgt. Het beheer van de woning verloopt zorgeloos en transparant, wat veel vertrouwen geeft. Problemen worden direct opgepakt en netjes opgelost. Een betrouwbare partij die ik zonder twijfel aan anderen kan aanbevelen!

Ik heb met veel plezier via NRW wonen gewoond. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en professioneel. Mijn borg stond binnen 14 dagen na oplevering van de woning op mijn rekening. Zeker een aanrader!

Mijn ervaring met NRW Wonen was een van de meest respectloze en onprofessionele ontmoetingen die ik ooit met een verhuurder heb gehad. Tijdens het geschil over de borg verscholen Kirsten Jansen zich herhaaldelijk achter artikel 7:212 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, alsof het simpelweg citeren van een juridisch artikel automatisch inhoudingen zou rechtvaardigen. Het aangehaalde artikel had niets te maken met mijn werkelijke situatie. Normale slijtage werd behandeld als schade, en in plaats van concreet bewijs te leveren, werd juridisch jargon gebruikt als intimidatie. Dat is geen professionaliteit, dat is afleiding. Het telefonische contact was nog erger. Wat me nog meer schokte, was het gedrag aan de telefoon. Ik belde om direct met Kirsten Jansen te spreken. Ik kon haar duidelijk op de achtergrond horen, terwijl ze minachtende en vernederende opmerkingen maakte en haar collega weigerde me door te verbinden. Het was overduidelijk dat ze aanwezig was, maar dat werd me verteld. Ik heb nog nooit in mijn leven zo'n onprofessionele en respectloze behandeling van een bedrijf meegemaakt. Mijn ervaring met NRW Wonen is zeer teleurstellend.

Hele onbetrouwbare organisatie. Houden gerust heel je borg in, verzinnen wel wat waarom de borg niet terug betaald wordt, maanden later blijven ze je lastig vallen met rekeningen onder de noemer "service kosten", in je contract staan allemaal kleine regels die voor hun voordeling zijn, maar voor jou als huurder slecht uitpakken. Kijk uit voor deze organisatie zeker als je beginnende huurder bent.

Via NRW Wonen kon ik onlangs een appartement bezichtigen. De inschrijving verliep heel vlot en alles was duidelijk; ik wist precies hoe laat ik aanwezig moest zijn, en wat er verwacht werd van mij als ik interesse had na het bezichtigen. De makelaar die de bezichtiging deed nam goed de tijd voor vragen en was erg vriendelijk. Daarbij was de communicatie en begeleiding vanuit NRW - met Nicolette en Romy - professioneel, helder en prettig. Zij namen beiden de tijd om mijn vragen zorgvuldig te beantwoorden en reageerden snel. Uiteindelijk heb ik vanwege persoonlijke voorkeuren van de woning afgezien, maar ik kijk terug op een uiterst fijne ervaring en houd de site van NRW Wonen vanaf nu goed in de gaten! Wie weet kruisen onze wegen weer in de toekomst.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met NRW Wonen. De administratie verliep snel en flexibel. Ook de medewerkers waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. We zouden het zeker aanraden om bij hen een appartement te huren!

Mijn vriend en ik hadden grote moeite met het vinden van een appartement, maar via een vriend kwamen we bij dit makelaarskantoor terecht. We zijn ontzettend blij, alles verliep zo soepel en professioneel! We hebben eindelijk een huis gevonden en wat een opluchting! Een speciale dank aan de mensen die hier werken, Romy en Andy waren ontzettend behulpzaam tijdens dit hele proces :)

Vanaf het allereerste begin – het plaatsen van de advertentie, het aanmaken van een persoonlijk portaal op hun website, de bezichtiging van het appartement, tot het opstellen van het huurcontract – verliep alles soepel en professioneel. Het contact met Nicolette was een waar genoegen: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageerde snel. Jessica was ter plaatse net zo geweldig en maakte het hele proces stressvrij voor mijn dochter, een internationale studente. Het team is echt betrokken bij hun werk. Ze zijn aardig, benaderbaar en zetten zich oprecht in om alles perfect te laten verlopen. We voelen ons ontzettend gelukkig dat we zo'n fantastisch makelaarskantoor hebben gevonden! Bedankt voor jullie inzet!

Ook al is de zoektocht naar mijn eerste woning nog niet voorbij, heb ik al meerdere keren bezichtigingen gehad via NRW-Wonen. Ik zeg dit niet om te slijmen, maar ik wil gewoon even kwijt dat ik dit zo'n menselijk en fijne makelaardij vind. Bij de bezichtigingen zijn deze makelaars heel persoonlijk (geven je een hand bij het groeten, geven goed antwoord op vragen) en ze geven je niet het gevoel dat je maar een nummertje bent. Zelfs de afwijzingsmail die je ontvangt wanneer je niet bent gekozen na een bezichtiging is netjes. Aan NRW-Wonen mogen vele anderen een groot voorbeeld nemen!

Goed bedrijf aanrader

Ik dacht ik schrijf ook even een review omdat ik een review van Isabelle zag en ik precies hetzelfde heb meegemaakt. Afschuwelijke bedrijf die geld STEELT van harde werkers! Bij de waarborgsom afhandeling heb ik een onzinnige factuur gekregen van 730 euro voor schilderkosten terwijl de muren onder wear&tear vallen en er enkel een paar krassen te zien waren! Omdat ik geen geld heb voor een advocaat komen ze hier mee weg, maar ik stop hier niet! Ik verzamel onschuldige harde werkers zoals ik om hier een civiele zaak van te maken. En nog eens: NIET HUREN OF KOPEN BIJ DEZE OPLICHTERS!

Ik schrijf deze review omdat ik, net als Isabelle, exact dezelfde nare ervaring heb gehad. Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf – ze behandelen huurders ronduit onrechtvaardig. Bij de afhandeling van mijn waarborgsom kreeg ik een onterechte factuur van maar liefst €730 voor zogenaamd schilderwerk, terwijl de muren slechts normale gebruikssporen vertoonden (wear & tear). Omdat ik geen geld heb voor juridische bijstand komen ze hier zomaar mee weg, maar ik ben vastbesloten hier niet bij te laten! Ik roep andere huurders op om zich aan te sluiten zodat we gezamenlijk een civiele zaak kunnen starten. Mijn advies: wees gewaarschuwd en ga niet huren of kopen bij dit bedrijf.

WAARSCHUWING!! BLIJF WEG VAN NRW WONEN!!!! Dit bedrijf is naar mijn ervaring niets anders dan misleiding, intimidatie en structurele afzetterij. Zowel huurders als verhuurders lopen hier risico. NRW Wonen is chaotisch, onprofessioneel, slordig en totaal onbetrouwbaar. Ze werken met verborgen kosten, verzinnen schade en proberen systematisch zoveel mogelijk borg in te houden, ongeacht hoe netjes je de woning oplevert. Correct opleveren maakt bij hen geen verschil. Ze zoeken simpelweg excuses om geld achter te houden. De makelaar Andy gedraagt zich neerbuigend, respectloos en passief agressief. Romy van der Wijk en Kirsten Jansen maken constant fouten, spreken zichzelf tegen en leveren rommelig werk. Communicatie is dramatisch slecht! Je moet hen blijven achtervolgen alsof jij hun werk moet doen. Wat hier gebeurt is gaslighting. Je wordt verdraaid, aan het lijntje gehouden en geconfronteerd met “regels” die ineens veranderen. Wetten worden genegeerd wanneer ze niet uitkomen. NRW Wonen gedraagt zich alsof ze boven de wet staan. Ik sta hier niet alleen in. Meerdere gedupeerden, waaronder ikzelf, zijn zich aan het organiseren richting een collectieve juridische stap!! Dat zegt genoeg!! Klantenservice bestaat hier simpelweg niet. Respect voor klanten ook niet. Ik heb met eigen ogen gezien hoe klanten kleinerend en arrogant worden behandeld. Laat je NIET misleiden door de positieve reviews. Naar mijn overtuiging zijn veel daarvan nep of afkomstig van mensen die aan NRW Wonen verbonden zijn. De realiteit ziet er heel anders uit zodra je huurt of je borg terug wilt. Hun absurde logica! je moet wel elke maand huur betalen, maar wonen mag blijkbaar niet, want normale slijtage wordt direct als schade bestempeld. Volgens NRW Wonen krijg je alleen je borg terug als je nooit gebruikmaakt van de woning. Volstrekt absurd. Mijn oordeel, manipulatief, onprofessioneel, agressief, slordig en onbetrouwbaar. NRW Wonen is chaotic, unprofessional, careless and fundamentally unreliable. They use hidden fees, invent issues and actively try to withhold as much of the security deposit as possible, regardless of how properly the property is returned. Returning the apartment in good condition makes no difference. The goal is clearly to keep your money. Isabelle is right. The agent Andy is condescending, disrespectful and passive aggressive. Kristen and Romy repeatedly make mistakes, contradict themselves and work carelessly. Communication is extremely poor. You are forced to chase them constantly just to get basic answers. What tenants experience here is gaslighting. Information changes, responsibility is avoided and “rules” suddenly appear when convenient. Laws are ignored when they don’t suit the company. NRW Wonen behaves as if it is above the law. I am not alone. Multiple affected clients, myself included, are organizing toward a collective legal action. That alone should tell you everything!! Customer service does not exist here. Neither does respect. I personally witnessed clients being treated in a dismissive and arrogant manner. Do NOT be fooled by the positive reviews online. In my opinion, many of them appear inauthentic or connected to the company itself. The real experience starts once money, deposits and responsibility are involved. Their logic is absurd: you must pay rent every month, but actually living in the apartment is punished, because normal wear and tear is immediately labeled as damage. According to NRW Wonen, you only get your deposit back if you never use the property. My verdict: manipulative, aggressive, disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid NRW Wonen if you value your money and sanity.

Extremely nice people who think with you and have your best interests at heart! Viewings go smoothly and you quickly get all the necessary information and answers to the questions you ask!

No good experiences. I will never ever have my house rented through this company again. Poor service, responds little to no emails. Anything but customer-friendly, poor business acumen so... They don't even deserve that one required star.

Ik heb onlangs een bezichtiging bijgewoond van een appartement waar ik via NRW Wonen op had gesolliciteerd. Hoewel ik uiteindelijk niet verder ben gegaan met mijn aanvraag omdat het appartement niet de juiste grootte had, wilde ik toch een review schrijven om mijn fantastische professionele ervaring met verhuurmakelaar Jessica te benadrukken. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam en gedurende de hele bezichtiging heeft Jessica ons professioneel en vriendelijk door alle benodigde informatie geleid. Ze beantwoordde elke belangrijke vraag duidelijk, verwelkomde iedereen hartelijk en haar vrolijke, vriendelijke persoonlijkheid maakte de ervaring echt aangenaam. Als enige Engelstalige kandidaat tijdens de bezichtiging was ze zo vriendelijk om de details ook in het Engels met me door te nemen, wat ik enorm op prijs stelde. Ik wil ook nog even vermelden hoe intuïtief en transparant het hele online proces was. Het dashboard op de website maakte alles duidelijk en gemakkelijk te navigeren, waardoor ik de stress van constant heen en weer mailen vermeed. Dit heeft me enorm veel stress bespaard tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een woning. Heel erg bedankt, Jessica en het NRW Wonen-team!

Mijn ervaring met NRW was absoluut 5 sterren! En 6 sterren voor Nicolette, die altijd klaarstond om te helpen! Dankjewel Nicolette! Ze waren zeer professioneel en tegelijkertijd begripvol voor mijn specifieke situatie. Seriously the biggest scammers. They are seriously abusing the overheated housing market in terms of rental costs and treatment of landlords. Repairs take months. Also, the costs charged upon departure are disproportionate; to get your deposit back, you shouldn't have lived there. Subsequently, we were also charged for items we never received (and which were not in the check-in report). After a lot of emailing and calling, we receive the message that they will waive the charges out of 'generosity'? Make sure you take photos everywhere yourself and double-check everything.

She gave us the chance and the opportunity to live in one of their beautiful, clean apartments for expats in the center of The Hague. After a half year of tireless and fruitless searching for an apartment over a huge distance, we were lucky with this agency. Since then that time is past and we are very sorry to have to say goodbye, as our expat rental agreement only lasted six months. I have been applying for rental properties from this agency for two months now. Usually, I apply within minutes of the properties going online and meet all the requirements they set. Nevertheless, I still receive the same generic rejection email a day later, often late at night or on weekends. It really feels like no one actually looks at my applications. I have even requested clarification via email and phone, but they completely ignored me. The whole experience was frustrating and makes the process feel unfair and discriminatory.

They are always reachable via email or phone and the communication is clear and efficient. We received a bill one year after we moved out of the apartment for €250 in heating costs while the heating in the bathroom could not be switched off and was constantly extremely hot, even during warm periods. Repeatedly raised, but according to NRW nothing could be changed about it. There was no way to change the temperature in the apartment, we were only allowed to turn the heating knobs. But those weren't there in the bathroom and now we are expected to pay for that blunder. In short: not recommended.

Absolutely a ripoff! After renting for 2 years (originally through Staate beheer, then taken over), they now want to withhold totally unnecessary and uncommunicated work from my deposit. They never answered any of my emails. In addition, the building was not technically working properly, where they said repair requests were being processed (for over 2 years)! And the elevator didn't work for months! Don't rent or otherwise be very careful what you sign and document all communication in writing!

Ik zou hier makkelijk twee uur over kunnen schrijven, maar ik ga geen tijd verspillen aan mensen die het niet verdienen. Dus, hier zijn een paar voorbeelden: • Een lamp ontplofte in mijn hand (!), waardoor ook de stroom uitviel. Ze boden geen enkele hulp aan en natuurlijk lieten ze me de lamp betalen! • Het huis zat vol muizen. Ik heb uren en veel geld besteed aan het dichten van gaten, zonder enige hulp van hun kant. Toch brachten ze me kosten in rekening voor de wasmachine die een centimeter scheef stond, omdat er schuim achter zat en de kast niet dicht kon. En natuurlijk was dit nadat ze me hadden verteld dat ik niet hoefde te betalen en dat ik het muizenprobleem goed had opgelost. • Een week lang geen warm water, zonder enige hulp. • En dan het ergste: ze houden €1.500 van mijn borg in zonder opgave van reden. Natuurlijk reageren ze niet meer. Ik ben ook nog student, dus je kunt je voorstellen hoe laag je moet zinken om mensen zo te behandelen. Neem de tijd en zoek een betere plek, dit is het niet waard. Bovendien is het te duur in vergelijking met andere opties. Tip: Betaal de laatste één of twee maanden huur niet. Je krijgt je borg toch niet terug, dus je kunt net zo goed voorkomen dat je betaalt.

The website of NRW and the platform for tenants is clear and easy to use. Logged in within fifteen minutes for a placed rental property and provided as much information as possible, but unfortunately not invited to the viewing. No new situation, just confirmation that with the exorbitant (income) requirements it is only possible for double-income earners or people with a high net income to obtain housing.

I have been using this website for more than 4 months and it is not trustworthy. As soon as you sign up for an apartment/studio availability on the same day, they notify you that the viewing is full so that they can lure you into more expensive homes.

As a tenant, I am completely dissatisfied with this property manager. Even in cases of acute problems (mold, leaks, moisture issues), it takes over 6 weeks before the property manager makes an appointment to resolve these issues, and subsequently fails to keep the agreed appointments multiple times.

Fantastic service, very professional, fast and friendly. The workload and the number of requests they have to process must be enormous, but they gave us the feeling as if we were the only ones they had to deal with.
