Our needs were very specific: not too far from public transport to easily reach the HS- and Centraal stations, but also, coming from Paris, a place that would be both lively and residential. Alexander perfectly understood our needs and guided us through the viewings with very useful comments and didn't hesitate to honestly tell us when he thought the location wasn't suitable for our situation. He never tried to force us into a situation, although the market is extremely tense and some apartments can disappear within days. However, I do not recommend doing the viewings by video, because reality can be very distorted and the disappointment too. Dutch houses are very specific and you must visit them to get your own idea and which type suits you (ground floor only, double above, etc.). Alexander advised us perfectly from beginning to end (4 months of searching and more than 20 viewings) and was very patient!
