What a worthless company; Prismaat Beverwijk. They advertise with a plot of land for rent, let me come twice to view the site and then don't hear from them anymore. The moment you start asking for information yourself, you are treated like an annoying person who shouldn’t ask too many questions. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them!

Ondanks alle 5-sterrenreviews wil ik mensen waarschuwen voor Hillside Development. Onze ervaring is dat er woningen van zeer lage kwaliteit worden opgeleverd en dat problemen na verkoop en oplevering onvoldoende worden opgelost. Uiteindelijk zijn de kopers hiervan de dupe. In Hoorn zijn meerdere voorbeelden bekend van projecten waarbij bewoners tegen dezelfde problemen aanlopen. Naar mijn mening lijkt dit structureel binnen hun projecten. Wees daarom extra kritisch voordat je met deze partij in zee gaat. Mijn ervaring betreft onder andere contact met Jan van Arkel, Thijs Nijman en Daan Verwey.

While the housing market is currently a bit overheated, Klaas Bos has remained very down-to-earth. We can heartily recommend him as a buyer's agent for the North Holland region. Although our search area shifted during the process, he was always willing to do research for us on the houses we found, so that we could make a well-considered choice. For me, it was important that we all take things slowly, because due to my health, I wasn't allowed to have any stress at all during the past period. The real estate agent really guided me well and also the buyers, who needed a bit longer to get approval for their financing. The price is disappointing, but I don't think that's the fault of the real estate agent…..
