We hadden zeer dringend een woning nodig vanwege onze nieuwe baan en zijn voor het huren van onze woning we via Uppmärk bij clubhouse boompjes terecht gekomen. Voordat de bezichtiging plaats vond was er duidelijke en heldere communicatie. Altijd bereikbaar zowel via telefoon als email. Tijdens de bezichtiging werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Ook de eerlijke kleine dingen, zoals het niet kunnen krijgen van een parkeervergunning, werden ons duidelijk verteld. We konden alle vragen stellen die we hadden. Zeer fijne service en uiteindelijk zeer blij dat we via Uppmärk een woning hebben kunnen vinden.

Ontzettend goed geholpen door Matthew van Uppmark bij mijn nieuwe huurwoning in Amsterdam. Hij dacht oprecht met me mee en zorgde ervoor dat alles soepel verliep. Klasse!

It is nowadays extremely difficult to get a rental apartment. On the hope of victory, we registered for a new build apartment with Uppmärk. The apartment was assigned but unfortunately we did not meet the income requirement (we ourselves made a calculation error). Fortunately, employee Kelly did everything in her power to make an apartment available for us and that was successful! We are very happy with the service of Uppmärk and the amount of effort they have done for us.

The Green Harbour project in Uppmärk is pure swindling. They sell it as a luxury object, but in reality it is located in a very problematic neighborhood (Duindorp) in The Hague. We, the neighbors who were tricked by this scheme, all have daily nuisance and will soon move again. Stay away from the Green Harbour project!!!!

Very disappointed with the contact, unfriendly and completely not considerate.

At first glance, it seemed promising, with a nice website for a new construction project (Boompjes). But the allocation system was completely unclear after the first round. Houses that were originally on our preference list keep becoming available again, but they suddenly disappear and there is almost no response to emails and phone calls.

Once again registered for Park Triangel Waddinxveen but nothing has been assigned to me, I really wonder if the assignment system is actually fair. November 6th at 23:59 was the deadline for registration and on November 8th all 31 houses are already under option, how can this even happen so quickly???

Uitstekende communicatie en ondersteuning.

In the past two weeks, teenagers and children have entered the new building in Duindorp (Green Harbour) and committed vandalism/screaming. They even attacked me when I confronted them. Of course, a report has been filed with the police. There has been NO reaction from this real estate agency; it can simply not care, even though I am sure that I am not the only resident who has called them about this problem.

My bicycles, which were stored in the bicycle rack inside the building, have been stolen four times. Recently, there has also been a police raid in the house opposite me, which has since been closed for a period of six months. This raises serious questions regarding Rijsterborgh's admission policy.

Ze verhuren nu een prachtig nieuw complex, 10 mei een bezichtiging gehad wat super snel geregeld was. (Overigens niet de tijd gehad om echt te kijken naar de woning.) Na 4 weken gewacht en bijna dagelijks gebeld en gemaild hebben we eindelijk de woning gekregen. Als wij dit niet hadden gedaan kregen wij ons tweede voorkeur namelijk. Twee dagen voor de sleuteloverdracht (wat eigenlijk 1juni zou zijn) hebben wij gehoord dat we vrijdag 7juni de sleutel kunnen krijgen. Het boeit hun verder niet dat wij geen vrij hadden kunnen krijgen op zulk kort termijn. Wel zouden wij dan nog diezelfde dag op donderdag avond de borg over moeten maken en alles moeten hebben getekend. Hierna is de communicatie hartstikke lastig en onduidelijk, je moet hier echt dagelijks achter aan zitten. Wij wilde namelijk een bijhorende parkeerplek die je erbij kunt huren voor €150 per maand. na ook weer 2,5 week hier voor hebben gebeld en gemaild kregen wij te horen dat alles al vol zat, terwijl dit 2,5 week geleden nog niet was. Nu hebben wij uit het niets een document toegestuurd gekregen voor een elektrische parkeerplek waar ik niet om heb gevraagd die dan ook duurder is per maand. Nu kunnen we weer naar het kantoor bellen.....

Wat een beschamend makelaarskantoor. Ik ben naar meerdere appartementen geweest, heb er een uitgekozen en de makelaar die me hielp, verzekerde me dat het appartement voor me gereserveerd zou worden, mits ik de benodigde documenten dezelfde dag nog opstuurde. Ik deed wat ze vroegen, maar een dag later kreeg ik te horen dat het appartement al door iemand anders was gehuurd, terwijl het eigenlijk voor mij gereserveerd had moeten zijn. Dat was niet genoeg, dus nam ik contact op met een andere makelaar van hetzelfde kantoor en regelde een bezichtiging van een paar andere appartementen. Ik maakte duidelijk dat ik er een wilde huren, maar vanwege mijn woonsituatie geloofden ze me niet en meenden ze het niet serieus. Ik moest een ouder erbij betrekken (ik ben volwassen) omdat ze "het van hen moesten horen" dat ik het appartement echt zou huren. Een paar dagen later kwamen ze weer langs en vroegen ze opnieuw om documenten (die ze al in hun database hadden). Ik stuurde ze weer op en kreeg te horen dat het appartement wederom voor mij gereserveerd was. De tweede makelaar maakte duidelijk dat alles in orde zou zijn zodra mijn ouders de situatie hadden bevestigd. Toch belden ze een dag later om ons te laten weten dat het appartement niet aan ons verhuurd kon worden omdat de eigenaar weigerde het te verhuren. Ze bevestigden ten onrechte dat er twee appartementen "onder optie" waren, namen me niet serieus als een oprecht geïnteresseerde huurder en trokken de authenticiteit van de door mij beschreven woonsituatie in twijfel. De reden die ze gaven was: "Het is ons bedrijfsbeleid." Ik raad hun diensten niet aan, omdat ze enorm veel van mijn tijd hebben verspild, terwijl ik hen duidelijk had gemaakt dat ik vóór 1 oktober een andere woning nodig had.

Ik had gebeld omdat ik interesse had in een huurwoning die werd aangeboden door Rijsterborgh Vastgoed B.V. hiervoor moest ik me inschrijven en verschillende documenten aanleveren. Hierna werd ik uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. De woning was mooi en ik wou deze huren. Ik zou bericht krijgen hierover. 4 weken later nog geen bericht en na het bellen werd mij vertelld dat ze voor iemand anders hebben gekozen. De woning markt is kapot in Nederland en door de werkwijze van Makelaars als Rijsterborgh is het een hel om een woning te vinden. Deze Makelaar is er niet om je te helpen nee hij helpt alleen zich zelf. Deze makelaar verdient het niet om klanten te krijgen, helaas zijn de mensen aangewezen om een makelaar in te schakelen en dan word je zo behandelt.

Na meerdere keren vragen om niet 3 keer per week de buurt uren op te zadelen met geluidsoverlast van bladblazers, is de opdracht naar de Specht nog steeds niet ingetrokken.

We had a terrible experience with Hoofdstad Makelaars. They are unreliable, unprofessional and shady. Moreover, they try to improve their Google review score by giving themselves a 5-star rating (see the review by Maarten Blesgraaf, one of the real estate agents at Hoofdstad Makelaars). It seems they really need it and it is again a proof of their dishonesty. (Edit: they have removed their own 5-star review :D)

1 star because I can't give 0 stars. Companies like Hoofstad Makelaars give real estate agents in this country a bad name. My experience with them was very bad; they tried to mislead me everywhere they could. Don't work with this company.

'In order to get only a few people interested who are serious to see the apartment we have decided to change the price from €1.600,- into €1.950,- a month excluding utilities and internet.' These people increase the rent of already expensive apartments by more than 20% with this flimsy reason. Truly scandalous, this must be regulated, because if all real estate agents act like Hoofdstad Makelaars we will be living in tents on the street within no time. Congratulations on your contribution to the problem, Hoofdstad Makelaars.

The scheduled viewing has been postponed twice, and then we arrive at the property at the agreed time: the real estate agent is not present at all. Unreliable party.

Bad, I never wanted to rent anything from these brokers. The fact that this group exploits people solely to have more money is not of this time anymore. The reaction of the owner speaks volumes, pretending that the choice fell on another candidate is plainly trying to cover themselves, a year later he deposits his statement, lol. Stay away!!! They were greedy, not transparent and tried every possible way to get money out of us. The real estate office arranged our checkout from a rented apartment. They dismissed our requests for prior checks (to make sure we met their expectations with cleaning costs etc.) and then tried to charge us 3000 (!!!) for cleaning and repainting two walls. We refused and took our own professionals for a third of the price, but then they charged us for the extra days it took, even though they had never mentioned anything about that beforehand, and during all that time they had stored building materials in the apartment.

A house purchased, with Parker & Williams as the selling real estate agent. Service and accessibility are far to be desired. To get things done, you have to go to extremes. Delivered documents relating to the VVE (homeowners association) are outdated. The house is not sold as it appears in the photos. After submitting the bid, the beautiful wooden floor from the photos is not present under the laminate flooring. Window frames that were neatly painted on the inside (fresh paint according to our painter) are so rotten you can stick your finger in them. The painting work that was supposed to take place in the spring (with signature and date of the seller) will not be done after all. In fact, there isn't even money for painting work. Moreover, the “healthy” VVE from the advertisement on funda turns out to save less than 0.5 percent (the legal minimums) and have in the cash reserve. Requested solutions multiple times and suggestions were made, but just like after the purchase, they are also poorly accessible now, and as a customer you can just drop dead! It was of course reported during the final handover. The notary made a note. I emailed them again today, but I don’t expect much response. Hopefully the report here and on funda will do something, although I don't expect much; if things are different, I will certainly report that.

Helaas verhuurde het makelaarskantoor me een appartement dat constant in de problemen zat. Ik heb zelfs een overstroming gehad en de verhuurder heeft het pas drie maanden later gerepareerd. Het ergste is dat ze alleen voor de verhuurder werken en totaal niet objectief zijn. Dit kantoor stond de verhuurder zelfs toe om me 600 euro in rekening te brengen voor 'schoonmaakkosten', wat pure oplichting is. Ik heb het appartement in goede staat achtergelaten, er was niets kapot. En het kantoor heeft me totaal niet gesteund; ze lieten de verhuurder 600 euro in rekening brengen, terwijl ze wisten dat het pure onzin was. Ik ben nog nooit zo teleurgesteld geweest in een verhuurmakelaar als in Parker Williams, en ik heb veel gereisd. Het gaat me niet om het geld, maar om de ervaring. En ik zie dat anderen soortgelijke negatieve ervaringen hebben gedeeld, waaronder die over de vertegenwoordigers. Dus zoek zeker een ander verhuurkantoor als je kunt.
