Buying a house and selling your current house is quite something! From the start, I felt comfortable with Ella Onrust's approach. And that says something in my case ;-) She expertly guided us through the entire process. Involved. Proactive. No nonsense.

Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

Contacted by phone and spoke with Robert Jan. It was a very short conversation, which he ended abruptly.
