Let op! Dit is mijn eerlijke mening en ik zou dit bedrijf aan niemand aanbevelen. Mijn ervaring is dat het bedrijf ongeorganiseerd, inflexibel en ouderwets is in de manier waarop het werkt. De communicatie is slecht, de samenwerking laat te wensen over en de administratie loopt ver achter op de moderne standaarden. Het familiebedrijf lijkt ook slecht geleid te worden door de eigenaar (een oude man die alles vergeet), wat zorgt voor verwarring en onnodige problemen gedurende het hele proces. Hoewel ze in het verleden misschien wel mensen hebben geholpen, zijn mijn huidige ervaringen negatief en raad ik anderen aan voorzichtig te zijn voordat ze met hen in zee gaan. Als u op zoek bent naar betrouwbare kredietbeheerdiensten, raad ik u aan om voor dezelfde kosten te kiezen voor een professioneler hypotheekadviseur plaats van een klein familiebedrijf. Wees zuinig op uw tijd en geld. Als je eenmaal betaald hebt, krijg je je geld nooit meer terug! Once you have paid, you will never get your money back!

Although we were satisfied with the advice and guidance from Rob when purchasing our first house, the experience with our second house was downright bad. After the purchase, it turned out that 35,000 euros too little mortgage had been requested, forcing us to cover this amount ourselves. To get our money back, we were forced to take out a new loan at a significantly higher interest rate. Rob refused to take responsibility. We could never have prevented the mistake ourselves, because the 35,000 shortfall was only visible in a document in his system that we had never seen before. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, and he only answers if you call from an unknown number. After a long battle, we finally ended it with great dissatisfaction. More than 14 months after the purchase, we discovered that the appraisal invoice had never been paid. This should have actually appeared on the final statement with the notary. This entire experience with Rob has cost us tremendous stress, time and money. We look back on this period with deep disappointment.

Waiting for the refund of my cancelled contract for over 4+ months. After repeatedly receiving poor service when submitting a bid (my bid was submitted too late and not taken into account!). Sick, flu, accountant - all excuses.

After the divorce, the mortgage had to be adjusted. For this, I went to Bakker Advies. Mr. Bakker was very quick to send an invoice but that was also the only thing he was quick about. After a year, the matter was not settled, which caused me problems. He also ignored my phone calls and messages. Ultimately, I went to another agency.

NOT RECOMMENDED! And I don't say that lightly, because I've been waiting for my money for half a year! Due to certain incidents, I wanted to terminate my contract and would receive my agreed amount back. Unfortunately, none of it. Just endless emails and the only answer I get is: 'I'll pass it on to my accountant.' This is taking a bit too long for me and I'm starting to have enough of it, it just costs more time this delaying behavior for both parties…

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Spent 14 months working with a second mortgage. Rob Bakker is not available by phone, forward email 1 to 1 from the lender. You have to chase things yourself because yes, industry jargon?! And what do you even need to submit??. He repeatedly fails to review the documents we provide and you hear 5 weeks later that a box wasn't ticked. That could continue for a while. And through our experience, we now also know that we are not the only ones who are dissatisfied with his unprofessional work and negligence. But above all, his unavailability has caused so much frustration. Once paid (because yes, he does pursue his own money) customer friendliness is nowhere to be found.
