Saw an apartment for rent on Pararius and I immediately responded to it. No response yet.. Then I thought, you know what, I'll try it through their own website and schedule a viewing. Still no response. Account created, should receive a confirmation email where I had to confirm my email address, again after days still no mail and not in my spam. Today tried calling the number several times and again no answer. I wonder, how eager they are to rent/sell something, if you just can't get in touch with them. I find it incredibly annoying, because the apartment is very nice. Hoping to hear from them this week, I give them 2 stars instead of 1.

Just like many others, I have also been able to experience how bad the communication with the best sir is. It's completely impossible to reach him via email and after calling 20 times, you’re lucky if you manage to get through to him once. He said after the viewing that he would know who the tenant was on Monday. Heard nothing until, after a lot of calls and emails, I finally managed to reach the best sir, and now it was Wednesday. Wednesday again the same story, now it became the end of the week. Again heard nothing. Eventually, called him repeatedly again on Monday and managed to get through to him, and the only thing he says is that the apartment has been rented, you didn’t receive an email, and he also had absolutely no understanding for the poor communication towards us. There was never any email sent and none of our emails were ever responded to. Dramatic communication with this landlord.

The first contact with Tim was pleasant. He answered the phone and quickly showed us an apartment that we could rent. After we signed the rental agreement, this changed. He never responded to emails and didn't answer his work phone. He claimed that we had used the wrong email address or that he hadn't received it. We always used all the email addresses listed on his website and that he used. Those had worked in the past. He responded once to our email, but only after we told him that we didn’t have to pay the rent. The problem had escalated so much at that point that it undoubtedly cost the owner of the building more money to repair it. Only after a miracle did we get his private number; he responded to problems with the rented apartment.

De service is ronduit waardeloos. De persoon die Tim heet, reageert nooit als het tijd is om de borg terug te betalen. Huur nooit een huis via hen!

Hallo Ahmad, zoals je weet en zoals ik al heb uitgelegd, worden de verwarmingskosten apart gefactureerd en moeten deze via de eigenaar worden betaald. Om deze kosten te berekenen, hebben we de eindafrekening nodig. De informatie die ik heb is onvolledig en we wachten op deze informatie.

Dit soort makelaarskantoren lichten buitenlanders die komen huren meestal op. Ze houden je borgsom vast. Vertrouw Huiz NL niet. Ik raad iedereen af om een huis via hen te huren.

5 times had to call back for a rental property, 2 times emailed and I think about 6 messages left via websites. No response until the moment that out of nowhere the property was no longer available.

The rental went well. Enorm bad once you cancel it. Too much rent paid and my deposit not returned. Ultimately never received a final calculation while multiple times it was said that this would be sent. A lot of money withheld from me, therefore.

Just like the rest, I got acquainted with the lack of communication. No response to the 'request viewing' form. Ultimately, a viewing was requested by phone, for which I took a day off, only to hear an hour and a half beforehand that the property had already been rented out. Absolutely not recommended.

Beste, Het komt vaak voor dat er meerdere bezichtigingen op 1 dag worden gepland, en dan kan het voorkomen dat de woning snel verhuurd is. Het enige wat wij nog kunnen doen is de andere kandidaten afbellen. mvg HUIZ

Terrible realtor. Never reachable. The office on Wijnstraat is always closed. And the realtor lies to withhold your deposit. Far too expensive and unreliable. Never again.

Beste Donavan, Jammer dat je het wonen aan de Voorstraat als duur en onbetrouwbaar hebt ervaren. Je hebt het toch een aantal jaar volgehouden. Helaas was gebleken bij het opleveren van de woning dat er diverse schades waren. Deze schades zijn door de eigenaar verrekend met de borg niet door ons, en beste Donavan je was hiervan op de hoogte. Responded via the website of Huiz op een for an available property, according to the site, using the forms provided. These included some additional questions about the property. To date, no response received and I had to find out through the website after a few days that the property has already been allocated. Quite sloppy indeed. Communication at this company is not in order! And if that's not in order, it doesn't bode well for the rest...

Certainly called 10 times (both to mobile and the business phone number) nobody answered and to this day, no one has spoken with me. Ultimately (when I was in Dordrecht anyway) I walked to their office hoping to speak with someone but the door was locked. And the lady who was hidden behind her screen decided to ignore our knocking. I seriously wonder how you can rent/sell anything if you are not reachable?!

I have never experienced such poor service and communication. Unavailable by phone, leaving a voicemail doesn't result in a callback. Emails are not answered. I can’t understand how this can and continues to exist in 2017, these people need to find other work as soon as possible, but not in customer service, they are completely unsuitable. As the first candidate, you make an appointment for a viewing, then the house is rented out to the second candidate without informing me because that person wanted to rent without a viewing. I don’t think you treat people this way. Conclusion: do not do business with this company. Just frustration!
