Dankzij Estatec heb ik mijn eerste huis in Nederland kunnen kopen. Mijn ervaring was echter niet zonder problemen. Als starter op de woningmarkt miste ik gedurende het hele proces de nodige gemoedsrust. Mijn contactpersoon, Amar Singh, was operationeel efficiënt, maar de adviserende ondersteuning liet te wensen over. De belangrijkste problemen die ik ondervond waren: - Geen gedetailleerd overzicht van het proces, ondanks mijn verzoeken. - De hypotheekadviseur werd laat gecontacteerd, wat tijdsdruk veroorzaakte. - Ik werd afgeraden om een ​​bouwkundige keuring te laten uitvoeren vóór het tekenen van de koopovereenkomst.
