In mei 2025 ontmoette wij Edwin van Buuren van van Overbeek makelaars. In eerste instantie haakte wij af tot er een telefoontje van hem kwam , er was hem een leuk appartement aangeboden ga daar eens kijken dat is immers gratis was zijn voorstel. En ja hoor wij zagen het helemaal zitten wel moest ons huis in de verkoop. Door omstandigheden nam makelaar Jelle van Wanrooy ook van van Overbeek makelaars het hier over van Edwin. Jelle zette de heleboel vakkundig in werking, foto's werden gemaakt funda ingeschakeld. Al snel hadden wij bezichtigingen en binnen 10 dagen hadden we het juiste bod op onze woning. Via een vrij ad hoc zoektocht kwam ik bij Chris terecht terwijl ik al een bezichtiging had ingepland en dat bleek een schot in de roos om hem in te zetten als aankoopmakelaar. Chris is ontzettend flexibel en betrokken. Hij kon dezelfde dag (na ons eerste telefoontje) nog aansluiten bij de bezichtiging en dat gaf direct vertrouwen. Gedurende het hele proces heeft hij mij scherp en eerlijk begeleid. Hij kijkt niet alleen naar de kansen, maar ook kritisch naar de risico’s en denkt actief met je mee. Geen standaard aanpak, maar echt maatwerk. Wat voor mij het verschil maakte, is zijn strategisch advies bij het uitbrengen van het bod. Dankzij zijn inzicht en aanpak heb ik uiteindelijk duizenden euro’s bespaard ten opzichte van wat ik zelf waarschijnlijk had geboden. Mijn hypotheekadviseur zei zelfs: 'Dit gebeurd niet vaak dat je zo'n goede deal nog kan sluiten anno 2026, met een verkopende partij'. Chris is niet te vertrouwen. Doet zich voor als aankopende makelaar terwijl hij verkopende makelaar is. Verkoopt iets zonder parkeerplek terwijl dat niet mag van de VVE. En als je dat er dan dus bij moet kopen vraagt hij een prijs ver boven de marktprijs. Mijn vader is daar mentaal aan onder door gegaan, moest zich terugtrekken uit de verkoop. Weer doet chris daar bij allerlei beloftes die hij niet nakomt. Ik zou met een hele grote boog om deze man heen lopen.
