Not easily accessible. Was supposed to call the selling broker but didn't do so. Also not accessible for the selling broker. After submitting an offer, again poorly accessible. No insight into strategy regarding submission of the offer. Comparison material was a corner house while our house is a terraced house, we were not aware of this. Ultimately, no sharp price/quality ratio.
