This realtor had promised us a rental house, but then suddenly she was on vacation so we were further assisted by a colleague who knew nothing. The next day we called again and the house had simply been given away to someone else. We had agreed that they would call us back on Monday because they were going to look for another house for us. I never heard anything more from this realtor. Really very bad, that's not how you treat people.

If we could have given a 1/10th star, we would have done so. We advise everyone not to go into business with this 'broker', but to choose Ditters or Jillis Baggerman (best broker in the Netherlands). We have had particularly bad experiences with this broker. We bought a house from this broker and subsequently got into a drama: significant leaks in the house, caused by the removal of solar panels by a friend of the broker. After our notification, there was little to no reaction. We always had to initiate contact ourselves. The broker did not bother to come and view the situation and ultimately dumped us with a compensation of a few hundred euros while we incurred costs of a few thousand euros. Conclusion: unreliable unprofessional broker, does not take the customer seriously and only stands in front when they can earn from you. What happens to you as a customer afterwards is completely unimportant to them. Therefore, our heartfelt advice: do not do business with this company.

We were 'ripped off' by this realtor some time ago. During the viewing of a property, we had the possibility of an option on the property. Shortly after, we started bidding on the property. With vague excuses, we were kept on hold for almost a week. Afterwards, it turned out that the property had already been sold around the time of the first viewing without this being reported. We were 'kept in reserve' until the party secured financing. There was never any contact or explanation given regarding these circumstances. As a buyer, I would seriously consider whether to work with this realtor.
