Voor mij is het belangrijk om met iemand te werken die gebaseerd is op vertrouwen en eer, en ik vind een overeenkomst betrouwbaar wanneer iemand je zijn woord geeft. Helaas is dat bij dit bureau niet het geval. Het is erg belangrijk om altijd alert en voorzichtig te zijn als je besluit met hen in zee te gaan. Als je een deal hebt, zorg er dan voor dat zij hun deel doen voordat jij dat van jou doet, want anders kun je er niet op rekenen dat ze de afspraken nakomen.

Bad rental agent. Doesn't keep appointments! And have seen so many properties but never became number 1. They would rather give a property to someone who already has urgency with the Housing Association. How crooked is this cronyism and dealing with inside knowledge, becoming a member doesn't offer anything either

Rarely in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional broker/organization. The communication throughout the process was poor and not transparent. At the front, a family member was talked into a monthly subscription that would cover all costs. After signing, various costs emerged afterwards and were interwoven in strange constructions. Following several conversations where we requested clarification, it was decided to stop all services and products with this club. If you want to be treated properly and pay a fair price, my advice is to go elsewhere.

Very unfriendly reception by an employee on the phone. We are very interested in a particular house. After 3 weeks, still no mention of 'under offer' or 'sold subject to contract'. As long as that is not stated, there is a chance it hasn't been sold yet, right? Or she didn’t want me to call anymore because it was apparently so obvious... I had indicated that our house could be sold by them. That also wasn't interesting. That's how you do business🙄 Customer service at its best
