Where you expect to be helped in finding a date when you would like to view a house, it was already enormously difficult to get the realtor on the phone. After calling at least 5 times and several times being told my number had been noted to call back, I never received a callback. Eventually managed to reach the realtor myself and were able to schedule an appointment. The viewing itself went quite smoothly, but questions about the house weren't answered. Within 10 minutes we were outside again where the next group was already waiting. Ultimately, a bid was submitted via the known route, email, instead of the new bidding logbook. You can guess it, zero transparency but also ultimately zero communication afterwards. Never heard anything back whether the offer was accepted or not, eventually received via Funda the notification that an offer had been accepted and then sold. Furthermore, never received any reaction from the realtor on the email with the bid or a phone call. Naturally you expect something different in these kinds of situations..

Felt like just a number!!! Trust and honesty are nowhere to be found. Emailed twice without receiving a response. After calling myself again, the realtor promised to schedule an appointment, but heard nothing. Probably the gentleman in question assessed that we were not suitable for the property in question based on his questionnaire which he fired at me over the phone!!!!😡

Linda is pleasant to deal with and helpful. This house and the circumstances weren't an easy job, but it was still achieved. There was only a large difference between the selling price and the final yield, but that was because something seen as an advantage in the house turned out to be a disadvantage for many interested parties.

Hired by a competing heir who stopped at nothing to have the appraisal exactly tailored to the client's wishes. Totally not market-compliant and much worse, not validated by/with an affiliated industry association CHF, NVM, VBO and vastgoedPRO, real estate agents and mortgage guarantee fund for owner-occupied homes. Very bad experience with this realtor and be prepared that if you file a complaint they will simply ignore everything and fail to respond, hence 1 star while it should actually be 0. Huisjesmelker 1st class. We rented here from Mr. Ter Tanje. In the first week, we sent an email about the defects, which we received no response to (heating held in place with wire, a shower that falls off the wall. Mice in the property. Cracks in the walls that were 'repaired' with filler.) The worst thing is that they don't respond to anything. But as soon as they can collect money, they are on it. The property was described in the contract as being in a child-friendly neighborhood while there were multiple police and ambulances in the street every day. Contact with Mr. Ter Tanje is also a treat. Mr. doesn’t answer or is as blunt as a farmer.

Good experience with this broker, keeps his appointments, correct, knowledgeable and flexible. I recommend this broker without any reservations.

Very strange way of doing business. Have you had a viewing? Everything can be arranged 'as soon as possible', we were told. Then you hear nothing more from them. We had to contact them multiple times ourselves, and always coincidentally spoke with the landlord. They promise to send an email or call back. I'm still waiting after 1 month. They promise a lot but deliver nothing! Not impressed with this real estate agent.
