2 weeks ago I contacted them for an appraisal of my current home in Gouda. Due to the size of the property, several outbuildings, a guest house and approximately the entire spectrum of energy-saving measures, this was no ordinary appraisal. This was no problem at all; Angela took all the time to calmly review everything and answer questions. After the conversation, Angela called back briefly to check a small detail. To obtain an additional mortgage, I had to have my house appraised. My mortgage advisor then contacted excellent appraisals. Angela contacted me the same week regarding the appraisal and was able to come by. For the appraisal, she looked extensively and we discussed a list of questions together.
