Na de rondleiding vroegen we hem naar een adviesprijs voor onze woning. In plaats van een professionele inschatting kwam hij met het zwakke antwoord dat hij “een nachtje moest overslapen”. Toen we de vraag opnieuw stelden, schoof hij zijn reactie ineens door naar eind van de week of zelfs de week erna. Voor een makelaar die zichzelf serieus neemt, is dit werkelijk beneden niveau. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, maakte hij tussendoor een ongepaste opmerking in de trant van: “graag of niet, bedankt voor de koffie.” Een houding die absoluut niet past bij iemand die een opdracht wil binnenhalen. Toen ik hem de volgende dag op zijn gedrag aansprak, reageerde hij extreem arrogant. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen of het gesprek normaal te voeren, gaf hij de opdracht meteen terug. Geen bereidheid om mee te denken, geen professionaliteit, alleen gekrenkte ego. Onze conclusie: onprofessioneel, onvriendelijk en totaal niet servicegericht. Wij raden deze makelaar ten zeerste af. Ps heeft niets bij en noteert helemaal niets Andere makelaar laten komen heeft zicht goed in gelezen ,heeft documentatie van hun kantoor bij Alle informatie die we geven wat we allemaal hebben gedaan aan restauratie wordt gelijk in haat laptop geklopt haast 2 uur hier geweest ,en Vincent was maar kort bij ons ,ik ben 67 jaar al wat makelaars in mijn leven gehad ,maar deze verdient eigenlijk nog niet een ster Hij schermt graag met dat ze rentmeester zijn beter dan een makelaar,nou voor ons was het een prutsmeester met overdosis,aan zelf overschatting en toppunt van arrogantie.
