I can't say more than: what a great realtor! Leon made it possible to schedule a viewing despite our busy agenda, which didn't quite fit within the available viewing slots. We submitted an offer on the same day and then came the Easter weekend... You'd think that would be a shame. But even on both Easter days, Leon continued working and kept us informed. At Easter, we also heard that our bid had been accepted, and within a few days, we already signed the purchase agreement. Within 1 month everything is settled and we are now eagerly awaiting the key to our new little house. This was partly due to Leon's clear explanations and his incredibly fast responses. Good care and very good advice

We have made use of Léon's services as both a purchase and sales broker. Thanks to his sharp eye, we were still able to make some final adjustments to our first home (in Munstergeleen), so that the house could show itself from its best side during the numerous viewings. We had several offers with good conditions and were able to sell the property a week after the initial viewing. We are very happy with Léon and his colleagues.

Poor communication, condescending, rude. Apparently it's ‘personally inappropriate’ of me to suggest taking my money elsewhere. My money, my choice. Also informed by the owner that 'it takes 48 hours to answer an email'. If this is the case, you need more staff and a better workflow. Direct quote from email “We aim to respond to your emails within 48 hours, often even within 24 hours. Threatening to switch to another broker or buying another property seems personally inappropriate to me and undermines all the efforts we have made for you so far.” I'm sure there will be reasons why they went out of their way to support us, but I will still maintain that they were rude and unhelpful. I don’t want to pay thousands of euros for such poor service. I look forward to your reply, Mr. Quaden, including the ‘concise points’ you will put in it. I notice that even how busy you are, you respond very quickly to a 1-star Google review. What you should remember is that I don't run a business and my reputation on Google reviews doesn't matter. You are an angry and arrogant man, I do not want to do business with you. Do not contact me again. One star, not recommended.

Yes, Boon realtor gets from me now in 2024 at least 1 star!!!! Well that's quite a lot you know….in 2019 I wouldn’t have given them a star. Back then I had called for a viewing and then I wasn’t even called back…but last Tuesday I saw a house with a ‘for sale’ sign from Boon of a beautiful house so I immediately called. My details were still known….and I was even called back the day after. Unfortunately, with a lie about that the sign placer was too zealous and that it wasn't yet known when viewings would take place and that I would receive the brochure via email….A week later today I received a phone call saying the house had been sold. I’m surprised how that can be if I called as one of the first and am still waiting…you get a fluffy nonsense story about a list of buyers and buyer guidance. I don't want to call it fraud, but yes
