Woon al 4 jaar met veel plezier via Westhavendomein. Als er iets kapot is wordt het al snel opgelost. Recent is het huis volledig gerenoveerd en ze waren in dit project erg behulpzaam en betrokken. Ik kan er alleen maar positief over zijn.

Deze man is door het vuur heen gegaan om mij uit woningnood te halen (zonder enige verplichting) die door de gemeente Rotterdam onterecht was veroorzaakt. Daarnaast heb ik geen enkele keer een onredelijk gesprek gehad. Ik bel over problemen met mijn woning en die worden ook gelijk opgepakt. Frans heeft naar mijn menig een professionele maar toch menselijke benadering en dat waardeer ik enorm.

Zeer fijn bedrijf om je vastgoed onder te brengen

Westhavendomein VvE Beheer B.V. is een beheerderskantoor zonder enige kennis van zaken. Zijn alleen vakbekwaam in het belazeren van mensen en het nemen van totaal verkeerde beslissingen. Mooie praatjes zonder inhoud, vooral F. Visscher. Er was lekkage in een winkel onder mij, eerst werd bij mijn benedenburen gezocht naar de lekkageplek maar niets gevonden, daarna werd aan mij gevraagd of ze een gaatje mochten maken in de woonkamer van 20 x 20cm. Zie het resultaat op YouTube: ,,Kijkgaatje wordt gesloopte muur bij lekkage-onderzoek''. Dit sloopwerk werd gedaan door sloop- en loodgietersbedrijf J.A. Boom uit Vlaardingen. Kor Hofland zit al meer dan een jaar met een opengebroken muur in de woonkamer dankzij dit stelletje knoeiers. Er zal nu een rechterlijke uitspraak aan te pas moeten komen om deze knoeiers te stoppen. Het uiteindelijke lek werd gevonden bij onze benedenburen. F. Visscher was de opdrachtgever om een gat te maken in mijn kamermuur.

In een voor mij situatie waarin in nodig op zoek was naar een woning een aantal keer contact gehad met Westhavendomein en dhr. Visscher over verschillende huurwoningen. Professioneel bedrijf, gaven veel vertrouwen en komen afspraken na. Heldere en nette manier van communiceren. Ga zo door!

Je wordt als huurder niet serieus genomen en de klachten worden pas opgepakt na een halfjaar.
