We have had contact with Patrick Dorenbos several times regarding various projects. He seems like a decent guy, so we trusted him. Unfortunately, we have completely lost our trust in the largest project. He is unreliable and has caused us damage and stress. He did not fulfill his own written obligations to us. Stay away.

Dorenbos promotes himself as an immobility agent in the international community, but he provides a very poor service. I wanted to rent out my apartment with his help, but he wanted to sell it because he would earn more money that way. I didn't want to sell and he sabotaged negotiations with a potential tenant by forgetting to contact the tenant. After the potential tenant disappeared without receiving information from Dorenbos, I dismissed him (Dorenbos) due to his harmful 'service', but he sent me an invoice! This man also has incredible audacity! This is what he does best: sending invoices because he does nothing or harms your interests! If you use his services, be prepared for poor work and large pointless invoices. But you are better off engaging another immobility agency in Hilversum.
