Erwin Voorneveld was an excellent real estate agent and helped me with the purchase of my first home, even though he wasn't my agent. I wanted to make an offer on a property in his advertisement, and it was the first time I bought a house in NL. Although he couldn't advise me on offers or such things, he could support me in completing my offer and could explain everything to me in English, since the system is completely Dutch. Throughout the entire process, he was very helpful, organized, and answered all my questions or phone calls very quickly. I would wholeheartedly recommend his real estate agency to anyone who wants to buy a house.

We are not satisfied with Mr. Voorneveld. He did not inform us properly, which caused us to incur unnecessary costs. He gives you the impression that you can trust him but he is only focused on selling a house that cannot be sold. He knew that half of the selling party would or is going to make things difficult and did not share this with us. Only later when we called him did he admit it, but stated that if I say that, you won't buy the house anyway, are you really going to say that as a real estate agent... We had requested a building inspection to have the house checked. The first time, no one was present, so we came for nothing and the structural engineer did too. It was then said that the appointment had not come through properly. We made another appointment and then we were able to enter the property for the building inspection because the other half of the selling party was now present. Later it turned out that the owner of the selling party was simply having coffee with the BP the first time to sabotage things. Mr. is namely declared personally bankrupt and does not want to leave the house at all. If we had known this, we would never have ordered another building inspection. All of this was known to Mr. Voorneveld. Also, the photos on funda were already 3 years old. The house fourkante bosje 50 is now listed on vastgoedveiling.nl. Because the bank has withdrawn the order from Mr. Voorneveld. When I spoke to him, he also stated this and that it would be an executive auction. Now suddenly you can see what is actually going on at: Usage situation:: 'As far as known by the owner in use and possibly rented out to third party(ies)' and that the Mortgage holder has not requested invoking the rental clause, because he has insufficient interest according to article 3:264 paragraph 1 sub b of the Civil Code. Because even the bank is a creditor and has no interest in getting mr out via an expedited proceedings and bailiff, as this costs a lot of time and money. Partly due to still calling the curator myself several times and ultimately receiving confirmation via email from the curator that we were right to be concerned, we pulled the plug. This could have cost us even more money. As a result, we almost sold our own house. This has had a great impact on our family, especially on my wife, and I blame Mr. Voorneveld for this very much. It has cost an enormous amount of time and money. Mr. Voorneveld thinks he acted well and honestly but that is simply not the case.
