Definitely not recommended for sale. You would think they'd be very happy with you in this tight market. Not JanWillem. Not transparent and also, like the previous review, an unpleasant experience. Discovering that incorrect information is being provided for unclear reasons in various areas...angry interested parties who approached us personally about how they were treated by the real estate agent. We ourselves weren't treated kindly either. That shouldn't and can't be the intention. Viewings done ourselves, and ultimately, out of pragmatism due to a lack of transparency, we also did the negotiation ourselves and closed it with the buying party. This real estate agent promises the moon until you sign the brokerage contract...but then doesn’t keep his promise. Also this reaction here from the company..afterthought.....had 6 months time and now annoyed with a review. You should be glad I didn't go to Nvm.

Our experience with this broker and the new construction project Hilversum City Living is unfortunately very disappointing. Since signing the original purchase and construction agreement in November 2024, we have experienced persistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. Important emails are often not answered, or much too late; promises are not kept, and there seems to be little to no control over the planning. Even now, months later, construction has still not started and there is no clarity as to when this will happen. In addition, we received no information about a possible new extension shortly before our contract extension expired. This confirmed for us the lack of involvement and professionalism. For those considering doing business with this party: make sure you stay well informed about all agreements and be aware of potential risks.
