After making an offer, this was not taken into account because I had not viewed the object. According to the real estate agent, this is too much hassle for them. The complaints desk of real estate professionals puts me in the right and advises me to start a procedure. When I am right, the real estate agent gets a warning. All good and well but what do I get out of it, because in the meantime I am 100 euros down and nothing further has happened. The real estate agent can continue to go his own way.

Deze makelaar doet louche zaken. We stonden op het punt een huis te kopen dat door hem werd aangeboden, maar zijn collega probeerde ons ervan te overtuigen dat wij het hoogste bod hadden uitgebracht (waarschijnlijk om te voorkomen dat we zelf nog meer zouden bieden), terwijl ze ons bod wel met anderen deelden die slechts €1000 meer boden, puur voor de formaliteit. Het ergste is nog dat de verkoper van het huis een kinderliefdadigheidsorganisatie was en het is echt schandalig hoe dit bedrijf iedereen heeft opgelicht.

Definitely not recommended for sale. You would think they'd be very happy with you in this tight market. Not JanWillem. Not transparent and also, like the previous review, an unpleasant experience. Discovering that incorrect information is being provided for unclear reasons in various areas...angry interested parties who approached us personally about how they were treated by the real estate agent. We ourselves weren't treated kindly either. That shouldn't and can't be the intention. Viewings done ourselves, and ultimately, out of pragmatism due to a lack of transparency, we also did the negotiation ourselves and closed it with the buying party. This real estate agent promises the moon until you sign the brokerage contract...but then doesn’t keep his promise. Also this reaction here from the company..afterthought.....had 6 months time and now annoyed with a review. You should be glad I didn't go to Nvm.
