We verhuisden naar een gemeubileerde woning die 1) niet schoongemaakt was (poepvlekken op het tapijt die er met één tapijtreiniging weer uitgingen, kapot speelgoed in glaswerk en servies, stapels papier en vuil onder meubels, poepvlekken in toiletten, enz. (ik kan nog wel even doorgaan) 2) kapotte apparaten had (wasmachine/droger niet goed aangesloten waardoor de vloer onder water liep, vriezer boven kapot, vijverpomp kapot) 3) kapot meubilair had (commodes volledig instabiel en omvallend/wiebelig, gebroken en gebarsten borden en glazen die geen vloeistof vasthouden, veren van de voetenbank volledig verdwenen en geen gewicht kunnen dragen, tapijt op de trap niet goed vastgemaakt aan de trap waardoor er slip- en veiligheidsproblemen ontstonden, enz.) 4) niet-werkende elektriciteit had (meerdere stopcontacten werkten niet, de ventilatie in de badkamer werkte niet waardoor alarmen afgingen na warme douches) 5) een slechte overdracht had (op de foto stonden 4 sets sleutels, wij kregen er meer dan 50 zonder informatie of labels). We vroegen om instructies voor de open haard en antwoordden met "hout". 6) Er lag rommel. We openden lades en vonden kapotte zonnebrillen, hoeden die duidelijk al jaren niet meer gedragen waren, Tupperware die niet in elkaar paste, enz. 7) De spullen die op beide foto's van de woning stonden (die genomen waren vóór de laatste keer dat we ons realiseerden dat we het huis hadden gekocht) en de inspectie door onze makelaar waren veranderd, waardoor de inrichting niet was wat we verwacht hadden. Alle tv's waren weg, een bureau was weg, een eenpersoonsmatras was achtergelaten zonder bedframe, enz. De communicatie van het makelaarskantoor, Interhouse, was niet optimaal. Als we een defect melden, zeggen ze dat nog nooit iemand dat probleem had gehad. Bij de check-in was duidelijk geen van de stopcontacten getest. Ze doen dit ook af als gebreken in de huurvoorwaarden, ondanks dat ze adverteren met een gemeubileerd huis. Ik raad op dit moment af om via hen als vertegenwoordiger te huren als je een soepel proces wilt. Ik zal mijn bericht aanpassen als er de komende twee jaar verbetering optreedt. Mocht je toch via hen moeten huren, documenteer dan alles per e-mail en dwing hen om aanvullingen toe te voegen aan hun check-in foto's. Probeer elk stopcontact en elke schakelaar. En als ze je "vragen" of ze iemand kunnen sturen, dan vragen ze dat niet en hebben ze het al gestuurd. Dat is behoorlijk irritant en een gebrek aan respect voor persoonlijke ruimte en tijd.

worst experience ever! I left the house over a month ago and they continue to deduct money from my deposit for costs that I don’t even understand. The costs are enormous and there are no details and when I ask for details, they give no explanation. It seems like the landlord is trying to renovate his house with my deposit. I'm not even sure if I'll get my deposit back. I had to go to a police station, contact a lawyer, and then contact a bailiff. They keep sending me costs for a handyman that amount to less than €1000 for things he is going to repair while he could do it all at once in one day. And when I ask them for details, they tell me nothing; worst agency ever. be very careful, they will rob you!! and you never hear anything more about your deposit. As of today, I still receive invoices for 'handyman work' for 'various tasks' that each cost 300 euros and I don’t understand why he isn’t going to do it all at once. Never go to this agency, you will never get your money back. I asked them why the cleaning services cost 380 euros, while it is 35 euros/hour and legally you can't even have someone work for 10 hours... they remained vague about cat hair. that they had to take the sheets to a laundromat. huh....and that’s 380 euros....yes, and then they tried to make me pay for a mattress where I didn’t even sleep!!!! I asked them for photos before they couldn't provide them, so just stay away from it otherwise you will never get your money back.

Worst experience. We did not receive our deposit back after handing over the property. We are still waiting, for six months already. During the final inspection (before we left), the landlord kept pointing out defects in the property that were already there before we moved in. Interhouse had previously taken photos of the mentioned defects, but the owner did not believe those photos for some reason and Interhouse didn't help to resolve this. The landlord asked for an extra month’s rent, despite me having given him the agreed notice period of one month. When I explained the situation to Interhouse, they admitted that I was right, but later chose the landlord’s side anyway (of course, because he is their client). The landlord and Interhouse are in this together.
