Rachel gave us an advised selling price, based on a viewing of our house. For us (given the sale value of the homes in the area), the advice was on the low side. She would send us a document, with the justification as to how she arrived at the advised selling price. After having called twice, after two promises from her side, we have heard nothing more. We also received no response to 2 emails. Compared to other real estate agents, Mooijekind Vleut did not make a good impression on us.
