Process started promptly through consultation and advice regarding styling and improvements was discussed. This resulted in a good presentation of the property. The photographer also contributed on-site and delivered excellent work. Timing of actions and planning viewings proceeded with good consultation. The result is a transaction with which we are satisfied.

From the beginning, good contact, because the buyer had quite a few problems with financing, it became a fairly long period until the transfer. Sometimes I would have liked to receive more information about the progress, but I think the broker couldn't say much.

Very nice experience with Van Groenigen as a buyer's agent. Had good guidance throughout the entire process of searching, offering and buying.
Unfortunately, a very bad experience with van Groenigen. Both on Funda and in the sales brochure it stated that the house we were to purchase would be 133 m2 in size. After purchase, an appraisal report always follows. This appraisal showed that the house was considerably smaller. We then requested the NEN report because it was unfortunately not included in the sales data. This official NEN measurement, which van Groenigen themselves carried out, revealed that the house was 123m2 in size. However, they mistakenly entered 133 m2 on both Funda and in the brochure. According to them, this was a human error and very regrettable but nothing could be done about it. We therefore bought a house that was 10m2 smaller than we thought we were buying. With me, the feeling remains with this company that I don't know whether it was accidental or deliberate. Because no attempt was made to find a solution, the second feeling prevails.
Scoundrels. They charge brokerage based on an offer. The rules are simple. A real estate agent may not just charge brokerage. This is only allowed when you actually buy or sell a house.
