My partner and I had a question about a new construction project and we were told that we would be called back, which didn't happen so I thought I’d call Steven’s 06 number listed on the website. He told us (in an irritated tone) that all the homes had already been sold. I said to him that they are still on Funda, hence why I had that question. After doing another check on Funda, my partner and I saw that 8 homes are expected. So we called back because we are very interested in this new construction project with the question of how it is with those 8 expected homes listed on Funda. When I wanted to ask that question he interrupted me with: “Listen, they’ve been sold”. I said to him that I just wanted to ask how it is with those 8 expected homes listed on Funda. He said: “I already told you they are all sold, have a nice day”. And before I could say anything, the call was ended. Explain it to us in a normal way and not angry, irritated and curt. Very unsociable and not welcoming. Especially not for a first-time buyer. What should I think now?
