Bad experience with this. Agreed upon for a flat, but the purchase agreement contains all sorts of sloppiness, including the price being k too high. After days of stretching and not answering the phone, they suddenly let us know that the property has been sold to someone else.

I have been trying to contact the appraiser who did my valuation since February 7th because a parcel was not included. This has an impact on the value of my house, and I want to discuss it. Unfortunately, it seems they are unwilling to speak with me. I have called seven times so far and each time I am promised that I will be called back, but that never happened. The people who performed the valuation are unreachable. This is a serious matter and very frustrating. Decent service should at least be the minimum. Dit is helaas een makelaar die doet wat hij wil en weinig oog heeft voor anderen. Ik heb meerdere keren gevraagd of verouderde informatie, van een woning die in 2014 al verkocht is, van de site kan. Het gebeurt niet. Omdat dat zogenaamd niet kan. Lijkt meer een kwestie van geen zin in hebben.

Kort, krachtig, kundig en lekker informeel. Doe maar gewoon! Heel fijn.

My experience with Kristianne Slagmolen, who acted as an agent, was extremely negative and concerning. In my opinion, the real estate transaction was handled in a misleading and non-transparent manner, and I am convinced that I was seriously misinformed during the process. Critical information was not clearly communicated, the communication was inconsistent and her overall behavior did not meet at all the professional and ethical standards one can reasonably expect from a real estate transaction. I experienced behavior that I found unprofessional and sometimes even inappropriate. As a result, I have suffered significant financial damage and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone considering engaging her services to be extremely cautious, seek independent advice and thoroughly verify all claims before entering into an agreement.

Very disappointing experience! The agent intermediated in the purchase of a house within the Vve at my address. They shoved a self-made amateurish contract under my nose that I had to sign quickly. It was about co-ownership of a repair within the Vve. Participation in Vve repairs is legally already mandatory, so trying to enforce an extra contract is irrelevant. Moreover, there were bizarre provisions in the document that clearly legally disadvantaged me. For example, an absurdly high amount I would have to pay and an unrealistic deadline for carrying out works. And if the deadline was not met, I would be responsible. Within a VvE decisions are made based on mutual agreement, not through individual squeeze contracts that one party tries to impose. After consulting with my lawyer, my feeling proved correct; she even laughed at it and called it concerning that such real estate agents have a right to exist. This agent acts unnecessarily aggressively and unprofessionally. It feels as if speed and commission are more important than carefulness and correct procedure. Absolutely no pleasant party to work with.
