This real estate agent publishes drone photos where you can look into screened-in gardens and sometimes even into neighbors' houses. Sometimes you can even see the neighbors sitting in their living room through these photos. They don't take privacy issues that seriously.

Poor help during the sale of the property, much came down to own initiative and pushing. Sold during summer, the real estate agent had indicated being on vacation, but not for three weeks and at this stage also no replacement arranged. In essence the process just lay dormant. As a result, few viewings had for a new build apartment of 57m2 (which would simply have to be in demand). No buyer found and then had to accept a 'moderate deal' from an offer that was already outdated by another buyer (who had offered on a smaller apartment in the same complex, but it didn't work out). Got very little help and no replacement, but they did have time to sell another apartment in the same complex for more money i.e. money comes first and not you. Could go on endlessly about how I - and perhaps you too - are left to fend for ourselves with this real estate agent. Not worth a recommendation in my opinion Answer to the following reaction: Funny that you want to 'set right' our experience with only counter arguments that it didn't go like that. Ultimately this review remains an experience, and ours was negative in that. You don't have to just refute it, but could also accept it once in a while. Regarding the vacation - yes, it was reported - but not that it was for three weeks. And in this process according to our experience it did indeed lie dormant. I had indicated that I also wanted to sell during the vacation, but this was not necessary, because it turned out well anyway with the sale. We went along with that. If you then have two viewings and the neighbor walks through viewings, then it's not strange that questions are raised. It was even so bad that I had to look into 'service agreements' to get everything moving again. Again; our experience is that. Instead of wanting to refute everything, there could also be some sympathy/empathy for the situation and start with: 'what a nuisance that you experienced it like this, where did things go wrong for you, etc. Where could it have been better?' But apparently only the positive experiences are seen as truths. Pity! When purchasing the new property we had more contact / support from the real estate agent of the other party. And we don't even pay them. So that gave us a feeling of 'it can also be like this'. In the end, simply saying 'you couldn't have accepted the offer' is also too short-sighted. What was our alternative? Double mortgage for an extra two months, plus extra funda placement costs, extra added stress? Nice and easy. Do what you want with it.

My experience with State Real Estate was very stressful and disappointing. The communication and accessibility were consistently poor. Several interested buyers contacted me directly because the real estate agent was difficult to reach for viewings. Over the course of about a year, there were only three viewings, which significantly limited the sales opportunities. Initially, a relatively high expected selling price was mentioned. This was later lowered twice, resulting in the final selling price being well below the reduced asking price. Since the condition of the house was already known at the appraisal, this outcome caused me great concern. Based on feedback from other real estate agents I later consulted, I found the final price low in comparison to the neighborhood, size and location of the property. After the sale was completed, the promised support with purchasing another home was not provided and service continued to decline. I was particularly concerned about the behavior of the agent during the final handover, which I experienced as aggressive, disrespectful and inappropriate - especially because it happened in front of my children. As a single mother who had to manage the process on my own, I found this behavior particularly disturbing and unprofessional. Clarification regarding the allegations around the handover: Only two kitchen cabinets still contained boxes, because the location for the handover was changed at the last minute from Amsterdam to Utrecht, only a few hours before the appointment. This unexpected change caused time pressure and confusion. I had no own transportation, could not leave my children alone and was simultaneously occupied with the final cleaning. My ex-partner arrived only together with the real estate agent at the moment of handover and was not responsible for the handover itself. Apart from those cabinets, the house was clean and tidy. The remaining boxes were removed shortly after and the outdoor trash bins were temporarily full, because the municipal pickup day was that same evening. I share this clarification because the public statements about the handover do not fully reflect the actual circumstances. In my opinion, it is unprofessional to defend an employee's behavior by sketching an incomplete or inaccurate picture of the situation. I also dispute the suggestion that I was financially unable to proceed with a purchase; I clearly stated that I had sufficient equity available for a down payment and any additional costs. I also find it inappropriate that your public response included my private circumstances and the full address of the property. Such details are not necessary to respond to a review and do not demonstrate professional discretion or respect for the client's privacy. A company can explain its position without sharing sensitive customer data. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this real estate office, especially not for people with little experience in the housing market or for people who handle the process alone.

From that moment on, it went quickly; the feeling was immediately good and when it was time to put our house up for sale, the choice was quickly made. The tour felt like a warm and personal meeting. The appraisal by the company was inaccurate and based on incorrect information. I'm not talking about the market value here, but about the technical data of the property itself and the compared houses. The house was compared to properties that differed significantly from each other: a difference of 20 years, houses far from the inspected address, houses that differed by more than 30% in size and houses that had been sold years ago. Moreover, they claimed the house had no insulation, while it definitely did and was easily verifiable by openings in some places where the insulation material was visible. For a price of 800 euros, I find this a terrible experience, considering the many inaccuracies in the appraisal report. An inspection took place, during which the real estate agent, the documents and the owner themselves could quickly correct the inaccuracies in the report. This company however either did not fully read the provided documents, or it simply didn't care. They also never asked the involved parties for their opinion. I have tried several times to find out why they didn't even try to correct the report, but received no answer. 'A nice house desired', the only thing they care about is a standard appraisal report, even if it's incorrect. The draft report contained inaccurate and erroneous statements that have not been corrected to this day. I had to engage another appraiser because this one was unprofessional, and I never even received the report.
