Unreliable real estate agency. Registered in 2019 for a new-build home. Had multiple contacts by phone and email. They said they would contact us about the rental in January. Now it turns out that no homes are available anymore. And you're not allowed to inquire via email how this happened. I strongly wonder why they wanted personal details (NAW) and income information if the homes were already allocated. Update: 123 brokers does not respond to emails. What they did with my NAW data and pay slips is anyone’s guess.
