The worst company ever. I was on vacation, my car was parked and someone ran into it while I wasn't even in it. I found the woman who caused the accident and gave her all the details, photos, and phone numbers. I paid everything out of my own pocket and they don't communicate well. They act as an intermediary. One star is still too much. Moreover, they removed the damage from my claim while I was never the cause of the accident and apparently it doesn't matter to them.

We bought a new build house from Witte Makelaars (Witte Projecten). The purchasing process initially went smoothly and professionally. When the planning around the notarial transfer changed, Witte offered a general leniency policy. We appreciate that. However, what has disappointed us is the communication and the way our specific situation was handled. We had highlighted attention points during the process, but did not feel that they were addressed substantively or that there was active consideration of an appropriate solution. The final response felt to us policy-driven and not focused on dialogue or customization. We found that regrettable, as we had expected a more customer-oriented approach with an investment of this scale. Now we look forward to the construction and hope that in the future we can mainly enjoy our new house.
