Everything went smoothly. House sold within 2 weeks. A total of 5 visits. Received the right price for the house. Handling proceeded correctly.

Niet aan te raden!! Heel mooi huurcontract gekregen. Alles geregeld (lees: meubels gekocht etc.). Huur contract waar ik van te voren verbleef uiteraard opgezegd. En dan krijg je 4 weken voor de verhuizing te horen dat het hele feest niet doorgaat. En daar sta je dan op straat! Mooi naar een andere makelaar gaan, bespaart je een hoop ellende!

This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

Finding accommodation in the Netherlands can be a nightmare and it is usually due to the fact that rental companies don't care about you, you are just 'one of the desperate' and if they cannot help you, they will have thousands of other people waiting. Due to this terrible and tragic behavior, I lost all trust, but when I contacted Woonhuis Limburg, everything changed. Ramon and Ruben answer every question you have within 24 hours, they are happy to help you, they show empathy and customer focus. They care about your feelings and impressions and do their best to give quick and efficient feedback. The entire process from the beginning (initial contact, making an appointment) to the end (rental agreement, inspection, further questions) runs smoothly and clearly. For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. From the first to the last notification, action or appointment, they consistently kept everything on schedule. The freedom of choice as to whom we wanted to rent to (3 viewings in 1 day) was completely and according to agreement left to us. I will not hesitate to work with them again next time.

They answered all my emails within 1-2 business days and answered all my questions as best they could. They ensure that you can move into a new home where everything is functional or at least ready for repair. Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. Btw Ruben Rutten, he is of course very 'polite and nice'.
