One had been sold, the other he would keep me informed about, and for the third he would contact the sellers to effectively view the property. He would get back to me to set a date, but nothing more heard. Still sent a reminder, but no reaction. Property is still for sale. In the meantime, a nice home has been found.

Contact very personal; direct answers; direct actions; real service as expected. Much was also due to the buyers, who asked sharp questions (rightfully so) and expected serious answers. That takes time and energy but was handled well.

I have 2 house viewings scheduled on the same day with the same realtor. Unfortunately, I had to explain the situation that I needed a home as quickly as possible. And if a bid were to be made and accepted, that I would go for that house. Of course, it's not nice of me that I didn't cancel. But how the realtor reacted is extremely surprising. Apparently, I am worthless and an enormous *fill in yourself* that I treat the person this way. My apologies that I did not cancel. That’s because I forgot. Apart from the situation I am experiencing, I find it very unprofessional of the realtor to stuff the skin full of degrading words. Otherwise a nice guy!! Keep phone calls short and direct

Despite a difficult start with the buyers and not the desired selling price, of € 322.000,00 but 282.500,00 a difference of € 39.500,00 12,27% is quite a lot. The negotiations with the real estate agent Van Hoeve were good.

I am Spanish. I made an appointment at 12:00 to check the price of my house at this moment. They didn't come. They didn't send an email and didn't call to say that no one would come. I call and although I see that the store is in the oven, they don't pick up the phone. They are not reachable. They told me it would take an hour, so I worked for nothing for an hour.

Very bad experience, racist staff and management. As soon as they know you are not Dutch, they will not only refuse your request but also their services. I have never seen anything like this in the Netherlands. If there was a zero-star rating, I would give it to them without hesitation.

We are very disappointed. We went to view a house, then we sent an email stating that we were interested, but there was no response. Afterwards, we made phone contact and told them we were interested. Our advisor contacted the real estate agent to begin with. To have confidence in us, the real estate agent asked if we wanted to have an appraisal report prepared. We started that as well, when the appraiser said that the house is below market value. The real estate agent did not make any contact to tell about the offer, so we found out through the appraiser who wanted to start his work. I don't know how much confidence you can have in this real estate agent but I certainly don't anymore.

No involvement or sense of customer focus whatsoever. Worthless communication and information provision; I have never experienced anything like this before (as a real estate professional).

Not a single star, very dissatisfied with this incompetent broker. During an introductory meeting for valuation, he can't get enough and is ridiculously enthusiastic, asks what you need. The final valuation report is deeply lamentable, nothing checks out compared to other comparable properties from his stable. Another appraiser has been taken on whose difference is bizarre. Not to mention the poor communication and response to emails and phone calls. WORTHLESS! My advice: quickly search for another....
