Several months ago, I was helped by Paul during a viewing in Tilburg. It concerned a single viewing and offer on a property, and many brokers still charge 1600 euros for that, but via M&S they offered a very reasonable price. Paul came well prepared and with a lot of knowledge; it was nice to have someone with expertise along at the viewing, and Paul has a very pleasant, calm, and friendly personality. Unfortunately, my offer was not accepted, but regarding the help I received from M&S brokers, I look back on it with a good feeling (although I can't say that about the selling broker KIN).
