Not satisfied with the approach to the valuation report. The report contained many (negligence) errors. Questions/request for explanation/clarification are not answered. Very limited time (read: a few minutes) is spent on the inspection of the property. Our experience was positive 10 years ago, unfortunately not this second time. Also, after discussing our complaints/questions, there is hardly any substantive response.

Goed maar toch wel wat opmerkingen over het traject gezien we het ons anders hadden voorgesteld. Voor verkopers adviseer ik duidelijkheid te krijgen over het traject na een bieding, dat heeft ons veel.

This is the second time that Amsterdam and van Mierlo got a property for sale for us. The first was 13 years ago, our company building.
