Bovenal zijn we natuurlijk heel erg blij met de verkoopprijs en de verkoop van de woning, dit hadden we van tevoren niet durven dromen! Echt super! Wat we nog meer als positief hebben ervaren is het makkelijke contact (via de app). Er werden afspraken en planningen op korte termijn gemaakt, wat voor ons een must was. In the beginning, we received many good promises, most of which were kept. However, not everything that was promised to us was done, and I find that unfortunate. We also pointed this out, and then some things were arranged (too late). They do seem to have listened somewhat, and ultimately everything went well, although we had to make a lot of phone calls and often didn't receive all the information we wanted. It felt as if we had to do their work. Eventually, the property was sold, and after the key transfer, everything was closed off properly. Later in the evening, we received a message from the real estate agent on behalf of the buyer of the apartment, and they strongly sided with (the opposing party), the buyer, while we are the clients. We find it strange that this was concluded like this with us. And that the other side was chosen while we paid them. Due to the missteps they made at the beginning, the information we constantly had to chase after, plus choosing the wrong party at the end, it means I only give them 2 stars, and we find this unfortunate.

Almost everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. It's a huge mess with this real estate agent and an awful lot of mistakes are being made due to carelessness or incompetence. Rick van der Meer, the representative of the company, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions very quickly, even outside working hours. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company in general; buying a house through this real estate agency went quickly and easily. However, we did have a lot of luck with Rick, because I felt that his colleague (who was partially involved in our deal) was not as attentive.

They were very friendly at first and also when we went to view the property a second time. After we had made an offer, we heard later that day that the bid had been accepted. Then suddenly (after it had been for sale for months without being sold...) it turned out the next day that there was still another buyer who (after my bid was accepted) had placed a higher bid. And so they chose for that buyer. The whole set of norms and values is therefore much less than you expect or are entitled to expect, especially after you have been congratulated on the house. This is not how you do business with people! What they are obliged to present the 'new higher bid' to the seller, as I was told, does not have to happen; this broker simply chooses to do so. I am posting this review because I think everyone should be aware of this! Since no one in my circle knew that this could just happen! And from official bodies it is also indicated that it is primarily an ethical issue... I will still think twice before making a bid for a house that is sold through viapaul!!

Beste Nanny, ook wij vinden dit altijd een lastige situatie als er zoiets gebeurd. Het klopt dat de woning al wat langer te koop stond maar we hadden deze net in prijs verlaagd en dan zie je dat er ineens veel mensen weer op af komen, zoals ook hier het geval was. Als er na een mondeling akkoord maar voordat de schriftelijke koopovereenkomst nog biedingen komen zijn wij verplicht deze door te geven aan de verkoper. Dat hebben wij hier ook gedaan en de nieuwe bieder bood de vraagprijs wat hoger lag en zonder voorbehoud van financiering en zonder bouwtechnische keuring. Wij hebben jou hiervan op de hoogte gesteld omdat wij dat in dit soort situaties altijd terugleggen bij koper waarmee er een "mondelinge" koopovereenkomst is. Jij gaf aan hier niet in mee te gaan waardoor verkoper voor de hogere bieder met betere condities heeft gekozen. Ook wij vinden deze situaties nooit fijn en doen er altijd alles aan om dit zo veel als mogelijk te voorkomen. Dit is in totaal de derde keer dat ons zoiets gebeurd en betreuren het iedere keer weer als zoiets gebeurd !

We sold our house through realtor Rick from Via Paul. Really a great guy who does everything to make the process a success. He gives his honest opinion and thinks along well in the entire process, exactly what you expect from a realtor. He meticulously fulfills all agreements made and is clear in communication. He knows the market well, which is very pleasant! Rick also had good tips for the purchase of a new home, which helped us with buying a new house too! Still a 4-star rating, as we expected more based on the communication from the back office. We often had to request information ourselves and would have expected a more active approach. The updates often only came when we asked for them, while as a selling party you are of course always in suspense. Room for improvement, but ultimately certainly satisfied with the achieved result and service!

Had an appointment for a valuation, arrived late and then didn't hear anything more. During the appointment I was told we will send an email with the appointment, never received.

Beste Paul, we waren inderdaad te laat maar hadden de secretaresse je hierover al op de hoogte laten stellen dat we onderweg waren en iets te laat waren (15 minuten), het is met de opbrekingen en wegwerkzaamheden in Tilburg soms lastig exact de afgesproken tijd te halen en hadden je hierover dan van te voren ook gebeld. Dan de waardebepaling deze is afgelopen vrijdag naar je gemaild naar het door jouw opgegeven mailadres om 14.09 uur en hiervan hebben we geen terugkoppeling gekregen dat deze niet verstuurd zou zijn. We hebben deze zojuist nog een keer naar je verstuurd. Wellicht zit je mailbox vol ? Anders maandag even naar kantoor bellen als je hem weer niet hebt ontvangen.

Beste heer van Lieshout, als er een rechtzaak loopt aangaande een appartement gaan wij dat niet verkopen, simpelweg omdat dat een zeer lastig traject gaat worden en ook de verkoopopbrengst zeker niet ten goede komt en wij streven ten alle tijde een maximaal verkoopresultaat na. Wij hebben je dan ook geadviseerd eerst de gerechtelijke procedure af te wachten en pas nadat de rechtzaak is afgerond je met de verkoop moet starten. Immers niemand gaat een appartement kopen waar je als eigenaar een rechtzaak met de VVE hebt lopen. We hebben je daar ook in geadviseerd en aangegeven dat wij jouw appartement niet in verkoop gaan nemen en begrijpen dat je liever anders had gehoord. We zijn duidelijk in wat we doen en wat we niet doen, deze slaan we dus liever over, succes met de rechtzaak die je hebt lopen en we hopen oprecht dat je die gaat winnen, maar zolang die loopt is verkoop niet handig !
