Broker is extremely biased. Simply assumes you can't afford certain things and advises you on things you may have already done to check if a value is correct. Just arrogant. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance. Great realtor who thinks along, is always reachable, and has a good understanding of things

An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.
