Absolutely recommended! I have worked intensively with Pieter and his team for the past few weeks and it has been very positive. Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed.
