Daarnaast ook erg behulpzaam als de potientiele koper bv hulp nodig heeft bij het maken van beslissingen of inschatten van de mogelijkheden. Ze is laagdrempelig bij het leggen van contact en kent de lokale markt goed aangezien ze al heel lang werkzaam is in Hoogezand.

During the viewing, it was stated that €5000 more in mining damage could still be claimed. In the sales agreement, it is stated that this has already been fully claimed. The real estate agent was approached about this and came up with the story that it was probably a misunderstanding, he was very clear during the viewing but now is turning 180 degrees. It was also mentioned that there's nothing more to be done now and that there are enough buyers in line. Unreliable. Furthermore, during the viewing it was said that the meter box would be with the downstairs neighbors and therefore could not be inspected. At handover, the real estate agent couldn't find the meter readings anywhere and it turns out that the meter box is indeed present in the property. Preparation is not their strongest point. Tip: have important matters confirmed in writing before you make an offer.
