Internationale huurders, opgepast: extreem bevooroordeelde uitcheckervaring! Het inchecken bij Van Huis Uit verliep soepel en gemakkelijk, maar het uitchecken was een van de meest onaangename ervaringen die ik in Nederland heb gehad. Ik ben Zweeds en tijdens de inspectie spraken de makelaar en de verhuurder Nederlands met elkaar over mij en het appartement, zonder te vertalen of mij bij het gesprek te betrekken. Ze maakten onderling afspraken over waar ik verantwoordelijk voor zou worden gehouden, recht voor mijn neus. Om het nog erger te maken, werd mij gevraagd het eindinspectierapport ter plekke te ondertekenen zonder dat ik het eerst kon inzien. Het hele proces voelde oneerlijk en ongemakkelijk aan. Ik heb drieënhalf jaar in het appartement gewoond en heb in die tijd nooit contact gehad met het makelaarskantoor, dus ik kan niets zeggen over hun verdere klantenservice, maar mijn uitcheckervaring heeft een zeer negatieve indruk achtergelaten. Als internationale huurder is het raadzaam om iemand mee te nemen die Nederlands spreekt en alles te documenteren. Ik weet niet zeker of dit standaardprocedure is bij Van Huis Uit of specifiek voor de makelaar die zij stuurden.

Of course, good quality and knowledge are a given, but it's also very nice that Huis Uit is personal, involved, accessible and fast. I already knew the quality from our rental via Huis Uit but this sale was exceeding in terms of service.
