My experience with this real estate agent was disappointing. They attempted to sell the property without contacting me beforehand. During a court hearing, it was ultimately decided to remove this real estate agent from the sale. I found their attitude clearly biased, which resulted in me being disadvantageously treated and excluded in an unpleasant way. This seemed partly due to influence from a co-owner, whereby the real estate agent appeared to align with their interests in an opportunistic and easygoing manner. In my opinion, this behavior is in conflict with the rules of the NVM. I therefore cannot recommend this real estate agent.

Tom or Thom called me and made a threatening remark that he would come by because I posted something on social media questioning the reasonableness of the rent for one of his rental properties on Sportstraat in Amsterdam, based on an estimate of the maximum reasonable rent / Rent check. After I rejected him verbally, Thom said: 'I know where you live, let's go' and then hung up. Thom acted as if he knew nothing in the WhatsApp follow-up and made a homophobic comment, but when he realized that I had recorded the conversation, he became defensive and accused me of being rude on the phone. I cannot recommend doing business with this man. If you rent from him, check the rent on the website of the Huurcommissie.

I've had very bad experiences with the sale of my house. Everything, in my opinion, was based on the wishes of the notary, and as a result, the real estate agent exceeded all legal standards, which cost us a lot of money. The legal deadline within 6 weeks of transfer after the preliminary purchase agreement was not adhered to, but rather 5 weeks later both the real estate agent and the notary lied to us. The wishes of the buyer and seller were completely disrespected. I have learned from this ..I will never sell my house through a real estate agent again. Put it on Marktplaats (Marketplace), much better.

Sometimes reactive. After my signal, app or phone call, there was action. I don't think that’s the way to go. Furthermore, the choice has been made to advertise under a ‘round’ amount. This ensures that not all interested parties respond. I also find it strange that with 15 viewings only 3 bids were received, of which 1 was serious. I expected something different here.
