We zijn opgelicht door dit makelaarskantoor. We huurden een appartement voor € 2700 (Lindengracht 332), dat ze adverteerden als recent gerenoveerd en prachtig. In werkelijkheid was het appartement smerig en walgelijk. De muren zaten op meerdere plekken onder de zwarte schimmel, het meubilair was kapot en elke hoek van het appartement was vies, versleten en afschuwelijk. Nadat we hen met de problemen hadden geconfronteerd, begonnen ze te liegen en gaven ze mijn familieleden de schuld van "het niet volgen van de standaardprocedure", wat volkomen onwaar was. Uiteindelijk moesten we een advocaat inschakelen, maar we kregen onze borg terug. We zijn echter nog steeds € 1350 extra kwijtgeraakt door de gierige verhuurder die weigerde de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor zijn walgelijke appartement.
