I am writing this review from the sunny garden of my new little house. After searching for a while myself and always just missing out, I enlisted the help of Fred de Bas. With the second property, we hit the jackpot right away. Fred advised me very well on the bid to make, which ultimately meant I offered twenty thousand euros less than I had planned. Because the completion of the new house was scheduled in the short term and I felt good about Fred, I also asked him to sell my apartment. I have not regretted this moment. Fred is punctual, keeps appointments, is easily accessible, and responds quickly to questions. In addition, he had a good sales plan, good contacts with photographers and other real estate agents, and adjusts his plan quickly when the situation unexpectedly calls for it.
