Wij hebben afgelopen jaar zeer positieve ervaring opgedaan met Joost van Hoorn van Barnhorn Bedrijfsmakelaardij. Zeer plezierige, open en correcte communicatie, altijd snelle reactie op mails, whatsapp berichten en gemiste telefoonoproepen e.d. Ook als contracten al ondertekend zijn, is er nog altijd bereidheid om te woord te staan en advies te geven. Kortom een prima 👍, prettige en discrete middelaar.
Wij hebben de samenwerking (voornamelijk met Joost) als zeer prettig ervaren. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met de verkoop van ons bedrijf als resultaat.

Recently contacted Barnhoorn Business Brokers. I can, in fact, buy the megagarage from my brother's inheritance. I wanted to know if the agreed price is market conform. However, an appraisal report is costly and they accommodated me by providing the sales price of a recent sale. I am very grateful for that and should I ever want to sell, it will be through Barnhoorn Business Brokers.

The Bollenschuur in Rijnsburg is due for a thorough renovation after years of vacancy. The nostalgic building is being renovated into an office building. At the end of the renovation, contact was made with some brokers; Barnhoorn Real Estate gave a good feeling, clear agreements, working together! Barnhoorn Real Estate keeps its promises, consults properly during the process and brings in fine tenants. The settlement is professional, it is pleasant to work with Barnhoorn Real Estate.

Dear Readers, On 10-10-2019, I made a telephone appointment with Joost van Hoorn for Monday 14-10-2019 at 11:30 am to view a business premises on Wattstraat in Sassenheim. On 14-10-2019 at 11:30 am, I stood in front of a closed door of the relevant business premises on Wattstraat in Sassenheim. At 11:35 am, I was called by Joost van Hoorn to inform me that he would arrive at the location approximately 10 to 15 minutes later; he said that he wanted to pick up the keys from the owner of the property but apparently they were located at another location. I told him why the keys had not been picked up earlier from the owner, and he explained that this is how the realtor barnhoorn operates. I said that I would file a complaint with the realtor barnhoorn about this procedure. After the telephone conversation with Joost, I contacted the office of the realtor barnhoorn, told them my complaint, and asked if I would be informed about the handling of my complaint. Approximately 20 minutes later, I was called by Mr. Aad Barnhoorn, who said that his colleague Joost van Hoorn had acted correctly……“WE WORK LIKE THIS”. The following: - We first pick up the key from the property owner and then go to the agreed location. - Today it went differently because the owner thought he/she had the keys to the property with him/her but it turned out that the keys were located at another location. I asked why the keys could not be picked up earlier in the day, so you are on time for your appointment as a realtor. He had no other excuse to give and told me that he has been working this way for 30 years and has not received a single complaint about it until now. I find that this procedure is absolutely not customer-friendly; I expect the realtor to be present on time with the keys to the relevant property. I would have actually given your process no stars, but on Google I must give at least one star, so I am doing so here. Good luck doing business like this.

I am very satisfied. I was offered an office space for rent by Barnhoorn real estate agency. During the process of several viewings, I was kept neatly informed throughout the process. Compliments on the communication. Appointments are honoured and they think along with you about what is best.
What another broker couldn't manage, Barnhoorn did. Our store in Voorschoten was vacant and for rent with a local broker for a year. They provided no information or suggestions. We switched to Barnhoorn. They advised us excellently first with the rental and later with the sale. A breath of fresh air. That’s how a broker should work, active attitude, regular feedback and result. Definitely recommendable.
Unfortunately they were unable to find anything. What I was looking for in Leiden.
Do what they promise. But often have a lot on their plate.
