Then you can contact them immediately and it is usually resolved within the same week: tenant happy and landlord happy. Terrible company that left our house dirty and disgusting and then charged cleaning costs after we moved out, while we left it cleaner than how we found it. The wifi in the property was bad and nothing was done about it after repeatedly asking for improvement.

Since my rental property was sold and now managed by Tweelwonen, there's been nothing but trouble. I rent my home based on an inclusive contract. Now that Tweel can’t pass on the increased costs to the tenants in the building, they have decided to turn off the thermostat during the day. To the question of how this will work in winter when temperatures really drop, you simply get no answer because it apparently takes too much effort. Everything disappears behind locked doors and the only thing Tweelwonen is good at is sending admonishing Emails with rules and restrictions. DO NOT RENT FROM TWEEL.
