Terrible service.

This company completely ignores tenants and homeowners when it comes to maintenance or repairs. Some examples: • The roof of the garden shed was blown away by the wind. It took a year before they sent someone, and the repair was the cheapest and sloppiest possible, causing leaks everywhere. • We were without heating for two weeks in the middle of winter, with -7 °C outside and 0 °C inside. The repair lasted more than 15 days. • Moisture appeared in the house, and their only reaction was: 'Ask your neighbors if it's their fault.' • The house was handed over with a broken extractor hood, and they told us that this was because 'we didn't know how to use it'. • The handle of the patio door was broken, they 'repaired' it with a poorly placed screw so it would last a few days, and later, when we returned the house, they charged us for the costs from our deposit. Just two days before moving out, they told us that the house was no longer available and that we had to wait another month... but then in a more expensive property. At the end of the contract, they inspected the house, signed documents confirming that everything was in perfect condition, and assured us that our full deposit would be refunded. But after more than a month and a half, we still hadn't received anything and they never contacted us. When I went to their office personally, they suddenly claimed that there was damage that had never existed. We had to hire a lawyer and even the owner of the property to get our money back, because what they did was completely illegal. In summary: terrible service, abuse, and even illegal practices. Poor maintenance, unacceptable response times, and a constant attempt to withhold money from customers. 👉 If you are a landlord, think twice before entrusting your property to them. 👉 If you want to rent, stay away - what seems cheap here will cost you a lot of money.

One of the worst experiences: the contracts are terribly written, there is a complete lack of communication with the tenants, the houses are not inspected and have been damaged for years, if something happens, you contact them, but it can take a long time to resolve the problems. We were in January for 2.5 weeks without heating with our coats in the living room due to the cold, -7Cº outside at night and 0Cº inside the house, please do not enter into an agreement with them, apart from that they never want to pay you back the deposit after you have left the rental property, I will absolutely never work with them again
