For over 7 months we've been trying to get in touch regarding a fault. They respond nowhere. Damage incurred, no response either. You have to solve everything yourself with all the costs that entails. We don't even report new faults anymore. If you contact them by phone, you are supposedly called back, which doesn’t happen. Ridiculous. And that is then an intermediary for the owner. I wouldn't trust my property to them.

Terrible. You state that your window was broken due to vandalism. You call almost daily and are passed from pillar to post. “We will call you back today”, “I’m making a callback request for the person who handles this”, “we are waiting for a quote”, “the person who handles this is not available today”. Subsequently, after 5(!!) weeks, you hear that they won't reimburse it and that in the rental agreement it states that you must take out your own glass insurance. However, that is not possible, because our insurer indicates that this is not possible for a rented property, as the landlord is responsible. In other words: awful. They install cheap items in the property and when you leave the property you even have to pay for a new mirror because the back has peeled off (due to the poor quality). And there are many more points like that.

The feeling arises that we are just a number and not a serious buyer. A pity. We already experienced the same 18 years ago with Vanderlinden in Almere.

Terrible company

Assistance with purchase through this broker engaged. Unfortunately, our house had quite a few hidden defects. Things that a broker should have seen and why we wanted a buyer's agent.
